Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • With the number of tags we've purchased in the last couple of years, we have yet to pay for Asset Tiger. Customer service is very respective to suggestions and quick to respond.
  • The ease of set up from the ground up. We did not have any asset tracking prior to finding this software and it has been great.
  • Cons

  • Also having to close with an X the product updated it awful. It should go away not linger there.
  • It's a pain to locate my items. I can completely fill out everything in my columns and nothing appears in my search.

  • Spares, dispatch, PMs, TWIs and work order management are all integrated into one comprehensive and very useful platform.
  • I have been using this for over 4 years now and its been the best tool I have. If I have an issue they get back to me really quickly and fix the issues in a timely manner.
  • Cons

  • At times the updates causes in house tem members pain. Not all users get notified that updates will be happening or have occurred.
  • The major con about the software is that even if you want to have something deleted from the system the request is always denied.
