I only use the mobile app if there is no way for me to use the browser-based software. I have not tried third party scanners with it.

It's a pain to locate my  items. I can completely fill out everything in my columns and nothing appears in my search.

With the number of tags we've purchased in the last couple of years, we have yet to pay for Asset Tiger. Customer service is very respective to suggestions and quick to respond.

The ease of set up from the ground up. We did not have any asset tracking prior to finding this software and it has been great.

We switched from EZOfficeInventory primarily because of the user experience. If the UI is easy to use, then we will use it more (and keep our database up to date).

That it is free and it is easy to use. I was able to import all my assets from my spreadsheet I had been using.

After trying AssetTiger, there was no going back. We quickly and easily imported all our assets, customized the database to add fields we needed and haven't regretted it since.

We chose this, partially for the low cost (free-  it's good and it's free!?!)  While we aren't where we want to be with signing things out and returning them, yet, that is a goal also.

The ability to check out assets to an individual. Sending an email to the person when the asset was checked in.

Some tables are exportable, but no relational elements are provided (e.g. primary key). There is no backup function available.

The user experience really makes a difference when keeping track of assets and an organized database, which as a result, keeps the asset management up to date.

Having a very difficult time getting the bar code reader to work, it has to be used only in the app and for now my cell phone; this sucks.

Reporting is easy to customize. The cost is very reasonable and, if you purchase asset tags through them you get credits towards Asset Tiger.

It's definitely better than our previous method which was google sheets.

The information this captures and collects is also impressive, along with scheduling inspections, and assigned works this product is extremely helpful.

Limited character space when entering detailed inspection notes and work notes. Not all trees required detailed nots, but some trees do.

Easy to learn and use, functional, great analytics, great customer service.

It also helps if an individual tree requires planning consent for recommended works to take place.

Clear and precise with great dashboard. Few clicks and you can find out a lot of info on the assets that have been captured.

Simple easy to use and effective in covering all important facets of  Tree management.

Need for an 'EDIT' option to correct/amend/change any information that may have been missed of an correction needs to be done to update.

No report writing necessary - data is captured live. The platform could also be used to gather more detailed inspection notes and work recommendations on challenging/complex trees.

Easy of navigating through each new added tree, would be great to have an EDIT option on each tree to modify entry notes.

I found the watering page, planting page and projects equally impressive in regards to how easily it has improved workplace systems.
