Production tracking and site auditing in remote forest locations

I am very happy we selected MPRO5 as our preferred solution following our procurement process and I have no issue recommending it as a field data capture solution.

PROS

MPRO5 has become extremely important to our business operations and has worked very well over the past 5 years since it replaced our previous solution. Tailoring the forms and functions to our bespoke needs was critical and integrating the back end with our internal management system meant we transitioned away from our previous system and were able to benefit from enhancements as well.

CONS

Initially the product updates would be released which could cause issues for our version of the solution. After engaging with Crimson Tide we were able to work through a solution and I can say that we have not encountered any sizeable problems since very early in the deployment. Support staff have always been excellent at resolving issues and following up.

Reason for choosing mpro5

MPRO5 was introduced to us through Vodafone who were supplying our phone services. Through the procurement process MPRO5 came out as the winner as it best met our needs at a cost that was competitive.

Mpro5 Chartwells Review

Our experience with Mpro5 has been overall positive - The team helped us through a a number of issues we were having and were always able to support where possible - Dashboards were built to support us with reporting and gave us real insight into usage. We continue to work with the team to ensure we get the most out of the system and use it in the best way.

PROS

The support available from the CE team and the Support team at mpro5 is superb, this is one of the main selling points for me as they are always available to help and extremely friendly. The software itself is extremely flexible, when we first started using mpro5 it was in a small capacity, over the years we've grown the usage and now have somewhat complex functions and audits being used - This has caused no issues and I feel there are never any requests that are unachievable!

CONS

There is not much I dislike about mpro5 - There are some issues sometimes where if a user has access to a large number of jobs/audits, the app can sometimes slow down slightly causing frustrations.

Mpro5 software review

All our safety checks and more are on one system, easy to use and fit for purpose. The support team can be slow but always helpful.

PROS

Ease of use, forms can be designed exactly how we need them.

CONS

Sometimes the forms disappear which can cause non-complaince at site and for the company.

Long Term Business Support

They are a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend and endorse them to any future or potential customer without hesitation. Account Management is superb, and the Support Team are very accommodating and very quick to respond to any queries or development plans we have.

PROS

We currently have two core uses of the MPRO5 App. The first replaced paperwork from a driver perspective enabling us to get a real time view of our distribution footprint. An app was deployed that captures delivery of between 1 million to five hundred thousand newspapers on a daily basis across London. The latest deployment gives up transparency of our hand to hand distributors, whereby users log the number of papers distributed at set times during the day. This enhances our distribution footfall knowledge and enables better supply chain planning and returns processing.

CONS

Very rare for a customer to say this but I have absolutely no criticisms of this company

Mpro5 - Software that will become integral for your business

Since moving over to Mpro5 software, our processes and data have improved substantially. We have been able to build more functions into the app for use in stores, by both colleagues and contractors. It has enabled us to simplify and improve processes that were already in place and will potentially enable us to implement similar improvements to the wider business.

PROS

I particularly like the way the software can be built for each specific requirement. We are now using it to support cleaning operations in various ways. It is very user friendly and can be amended as and when required, along with changes within the business.

CONS

The software can be very technical to set up, which may be overwhelming for some. With the right support and knowledge however, you can quickly overcome any initial doubts.

A genuine pleasure to collaborate with

Mpro5 have been a genuine breath of fresh air to work with. The team collaborate well with the business and took the time to understand how the business worked to better tailor their support.

PROS

The way the product is so easy to use and tailor to specific scenarios/requirements meant we could offer other areas of the business resolutions to their issues outside of what we originally set out to do

CONS

There is nothing we asked mpro5 for that they didnt offer and if they didnt, they were quick to either offer an alterntive easy of doing it or look to understand how to implement it

It helps to maintain standards and drive consistency across the business

PROS

Highly flexible piece of software the more we use it the more uses we find for it. Linked to a BI Dashboard it provides a real time management tool to view and review system and process compliance and allows the business to target key areas for improvement.

CONS

Better access to back of house for administrators its very much set up for MPRO5 ease of use which can make some simple jobs more difficult that said you can always ask MPRO5 to do it for you

Moving the business forward

The Customer service from the team at mpro5 is far & away some of the best I've experienced from a 3rd party provider.

PROS

Adaptable to the needs of the business. As we move forward with new ideas & strategies, making changes with mpro5 helps keep costs down & we can be both pro-active as well as re-active to changing domestic & global situations.

CONS

It can look very complex at first glance for new users, as there are many features & functions available that we don't use.

Great app, that makes laborious tasks quick and effective

The app is easy to use, tracks a multitude of different operational measures and make otherwise broad and difficult to manage compliance requirements of a large organization, easy, functional, and timely.

CONS

The software platform would benefit from being able to customise the elements of the mobile app that a visible, as it does throw everything at every user, rather than an option to customise the options

Medication compliance recording App that helps improve patient safety

Working with mpro5 has allowed us to trial different scenarios during the build with the security of knowing that changes can be made quickly in order to ensure our objectives are met of providing patients with a tool to help them manage their medication recording compliance and help improve patient safety as well as stock management control.

PROS

Agile, flexible and comprehensive. The App has a clear and clean look and feel.

CONS

We have not encountered any issues with the software to date.

Impressive mobile App solution for inspections and workflows

Very ;positive.

PROS

Easy to use and deploy solution that replaced paper processes and dramatically improved the way inspections were undertaken (e.g. buildings, playgrounds, trees etc.). Strong positive feedback from end users. Highly customisable package.

CONS

All modifications need to be channelled through the company but the response is quick and the professional services are strong.

Great Experience from initial meetings to mobilisation of the software and on going training.

PROS

Ease of use - Training engineers to use the software was picked up very quickly and saves time and money on our paper work, the reports for customers were very time consuming now are instant.

CONS

Unable to change to our corporate colours but I believe this may change in future updates, would be nice to have customers being able to download or login to our Company branded site for reports on their sites.

Great product and customer service

PROS

Barcode scanning facilitates the use of the application and encourages users to be consistent in their reporting.

CONS

There were difficulties in integrating it with other products, but the fluid communication with the team helped us to achieve this.

mpro5 review

I have used the demo version of this app. Crimson Tide staff have been very helpful with my questions. I have used this app to schedule a job, receive it on the device, complete the job, get an authorisation and see the dashboard & reports. I have also clicked into the completed job form from the reports. User Friendly very happy with it.
