For new users, the software is somewhat difficult to use.

The software is very flexible and there is a lot of different analysis options. The graphical presentation of data is outstanding.

This can be frustrating when we are trying to get new opportunities over the line.

Increased speed, added additional functions. My opinion, eSight is moving in a good direction and keeping high level standard in energy monitoring software area.

The interface is intuitive and runs a powerful analytics tool which is easily accesible, even on cellphone/iPad. Simply one of the best energy monitoring tool in the market and support out there.

Easy to use software and easy to generate Electric bills for tenants etc. Great customer service as well and always willing to help us out when we are having trouble with something.

The most comprehensive aMM&T package available to date.

Alarming features (needs more sophistication and ease of use). Inability to analyze specific unique situations of historical data.

I most like how quickly you can develop operational screens.

You can trend data and compare data with very few clicks of the button. Having the financing app to help with internal billing will become very useful when we lunch it internally.

The platform is easy to use, has tons of capabilities, and the support team/ training team has been great.

They deliver a user-friendly software which is more sophisticated than others that we have examined but at a fraction of the price.

The visual presentation of energy usage data is superb, with interactive overlays of data point values and ability to drill down to interval level data.

We have only had eSight for a year and so far we have achieved avoided energy cost close to $400k. We are glad to have eSight as we work to reduce our energy consumption.

The charts are intuitive and can be scheduled for automatic distribution by email. The report library has a good selection that is useful in board meetings.

We have started to set up dashboards for our end users to avoid possible frustration. The  It is not always intuitive which buttons to klick or how to build an analysis step by step.

Also, Esight built awesome graphics and went to great lengths to showcase and represent our clients business on the dashboard powerpoint slideshow.

Some of the terminology in the software has a European focus. No BACnet interface to bring in metering points.

This is going to be a great thing for us to use to get more out of our business.

How easy it is to navigate, we do not have it up and running yet, but I am very excited to use it.

I tend to be a source for others in our office who have questions about operating SmartGov and trouble shooting.

This is the first permitting software for tracking I have used so my ability to compare to other software is limited. I am overall pleased with what I have learned and my particular process of use.

It is a sad excuse when the sales team doesn't even know who their own customers are.

SmartGov is relatively intuitive, and easily allows me and my department to upload documents for case files. We are moving to mostly digital case files, and SmartGov allows us to store our records.

The customer portal and user interface is significantly more friendly that all other permitting software programs I've used in the past.

Smart Gov has been such a helpful tool in helping shape our codes office and really expand our resources.

Inspections are a little difficult to navigate through.

However, given the demographic of the inspectors, this could be a user error issue. It frequently crashes and we have certain open issues that we haven't had addressed yet by engineering.

Ease of use, customer service, price, implementation.

The software's GIS capacity is currently one limitation that we're encountering.

My main complaint is more to do with the options an AHJ sets in their submittal requirements.

This software is so quick and easy to use that is why I love it.

The program is professional and efficient. It can be a bit of a learning curve but support is very good.

It is very user friendly and the customer support is readily available.

It easy to navigate and has all the information that needs to be on this kind of website.

I am so grateful to have it. It is so much easier to work with then the last program.

Ease of entering and processing permits. The ability to see what inspections are scheduled for each day.

I love how easy it is to track status of citizen concerns and permits as necessary.

I do not have to work on compiling multiple user ID often but to me it seems overly complex, however, I only occasionally work on this aspect of the product and that could be a part of the problem.
