Park Office in a coworking space
As we operate a coworking space with multiple teams we struggled to manage our car parking spaces across different teams. Communication between different teams was not as fluid as members of the same team. The App allowed me to step away from the day to day manual work of making sure people kept to a system which was dreadfully time-consuming. The mobile app is super easy to use and the customer support is excellant.
CONSTook me a while to work out how to work out the backend, that said, it is a very easy fix. Given the team, I am sure they will streamline it in no time.

Good tool for booking parking
Really good, simple to use and haven't had any issues so far.
PROSReally simple and easy to use. When you need to book a last minute spot you get notified immediately.
CONSAllocation of spaces is based on use rather than when spaces were requested or how many are free.

Removes the stress of finding a parking spot.
I honestly love it. Our old system required us to wake up at midnight (when the portal opens) and rush for the spot. We were sleepy and unhappy in the morning. Now I get notification on Friday, which allows me to prepare for the upcoming week. And sleep better :)
PROSIt's probably the most fair distribution of the parking spots I could think of. It usually provides me a spot, but even when not, it does it in a very positive way. It's good to know even being declined at first doesn't mean I'm out of luck. I like how it naturally tries to reduce the number of needed spaces (carpooling done smart!).
CONSThe instant booking on the day could be a little faster. It should be actions I could easily do while driving (big buttons,please!). The buttons that open gates are quite small and could be larger. Same with parking instructions - eg. as I arrive to the parking all i need is 'open gate' + parking number. Not dates, calendars etc. But hey, those are really small things compared to how awesome, overall the app is.

Works like a breeze and make parking booking stress free
The application is super fast, allows to request bookings for upto a month, gives real time jpdates on when booking is approved/rejected. Even gives a option to add vehicle fuel type (I can add my EV and get in the mix to be alloted a parking space with EV charging capability). I even allows me to add colleagues who are car pooling with me and grant brownie points for making bookings and releasing them when not required. Cant ask for anything more from a parking booking application.

Parking app
Overall experience is excellent. Easy to use.
PROSEase of use. So easy to book spaces at each of our offices and to see if any free on the day.
CONSWould be good to choose am or pm as I work part time on some days and would free up spaces for other staff.

Makes parking easy!
Wayleadr has been so great to use for booking parking spaces at work. It's simple and easy to use, the interface is user-friendly and the nudge function is helpful when needed. It's pretty straightforward! Would definitely recommend to other businesses looking for a similar product/service.

Handy Parking App
Being able to know that I have a parking space available to me, without the stress of searching for one as I arrive

Great parking solution
Wayleadr has increased the utlisation of all of our limited parking spaces and provides a fair opportunity for all team to get a park.
PROSI like that it provides a fair way to access parking and helps me plan my week. I also love the check availability feature to pick up any last minute parking spots if needed.
CONSTo be picky, the request booking UX could be a little simpler.

ParkOffice has given us all visibility of our car park before we even leave the house. As an admin it has been a great reporting tool for high demand days/ weeks A terrific feature is the ability to ensure those in most need of a parking space get one.
PROSThe new Analytics feature is incredibly helpful to report on the app usage over a given time period. The mobile calendar, reminders and notification features are incredibly useful in ensuring our users are well informed of their bookings. The desktop dashboard Calendar is incredibly effective in comparing % of occupancy over the course of a month.
CONSIntegration with our barrier proved to be difficult due to phone signal constraints. Employees arriving at the same time from opposite directions and pressing the open button around the same time caused confusions.

Wayleadr is Great
It is providing parking for staff who have not been able to park in the office without the service and it all works so simply by email or by using the mobile application
PROSWayleadr is an app we use for requesting parking in the office. It is excellent because we have a small carpark and lots of staff, so this company has helped us share the spaces among the people who need them with our new hybrid working policy.
CONSThere is nothing I do not like about this system as it helps me get parking in the office where i would otherwise need to use crowded public transport that is uncomfortable and expensive

Convenient Parking App
I use WayLeadr to book all my Parking in Cambridge, MA. It is an easy to use app and intelligent to find parking spaces close to my work site.
CONSNothing at the moment. Occasionally I found App unresponsive but that could be due to internet bandwidth issues in parking lots.

Excellent way to manage parking system
Great. Easy to use and plan ahead. Gives certainty that there you have an allocated parking on the day.
PROSEasy to book, and great visibility of available parking. Even opens our boom gates.
CONSBookings can be inconsistent week to week. Can be difficult if the team needs to be in on a certain day each week, as it seems to be a lottery system. Perhaps this is based on a setting established by the company and not so much the app itself.

It is easy to set up, assign accounts and use. And the Chat Help is Exemplary, the best.
CONSIt's possible i just don't know how to do this, but would like to be able to edit user info w/o having to go down 2 levels in each users profile.

Fantastic Parking Solution
It is a quick, efficient car parking system, and I have been enjoying using it for the past year+. It makes booking and managing my car parking space easy with real-time updates and helpful notifications.
CONSThe time period when selecting your day can be improved with a bigger font or a warning if it's been shortened. Otherwise, it's a perfect solution.

My experience to date has been extremely good, I have had no reason to contact customer support, I have never had issues securing a parking space and I was feel my vehicle is in a safe space.
PROSEase of use and flexibility, the application is on my phone and I can have parking confirmed in a matter of minutes.

Flexible parking option
It's perfect for hybrid working situation. I don't have to pay for the whole month. The app is very easy to use to reserve a spot and upload money. The mobile access is convenience.
CONSNothing negative from me at this time. A couple of time the gate couldn't open or delayed response. I have to get help. I am not sure if this is relevant.
