You can ALLWAYS reach them via phone. They helped us with a customized website and integration of the website into our unique RV Campground. The individuals that work there are top notch! Cons: Nothing so far the expierience is great, we look forward to working with them in years to come! They work hard to answer any technical questions I have. If they can't fix the problem they can usually provide a work around. I love that they are a family owned business. They genuinely care about their customers and it shows in their service. Most customers book online and that saves us a good amount of office hours. Customer service is out standing. There is always someone available to help me with a problem. There have been some new releases that allow you to pin a picture of each campsite and that has been very nice. Cons: The reports as far as site performance, weekly performance, monthly performance is lacking. There are few reports and I don't find them very useful in campground performance. I find my self having to download reports and taking that data and making my own reports. Very time consuming. Customers can reserve one site at a time. It would be nice if it were possible to reserve all the sites they want at one time. Reasons for choosing Campground Commander They were the most personal. Cons: They do not have maintenance scheduling for the maintenance department. Because we market to family owned campgrounds the majority of them are family owned/managed and do all of the maintenance themselves so would not use maintenance scheduling software. Our reservations have vastly improved by having an online reservation system for our campground. Cons: It's a really good system, the only drawback is that at times to do something you need to text for help but I think that would be true for every online system. the good thing is that the staff are very quick to respond back and help you easily.
