It is a good working tool for everyday use with respect to initiating, tracking and addressing CRs.

User interface can be confusing. Those who don't use it frequently have difficulty figuring out what's being asked of them, or how to find what they're looking for.

The custom reports and specialty features do take some tweaking to get right. That also leads to those reports being very specific and not easily altered in the future.

The implementation of EQMS to the department has been very successful. We have come across some issues, however the helpdesk have been very helpful with any problems.

With the acquisitions, the ease of having Q-Pulse Enterprise allowed us to roll out the QMS and provide real live data and streamline a number of our processes.

Poor integration between modules. To link issues with suppliers may be slow.

It's limited capacity ensures you get one-on-one attention from their technical team if needed, and networking with other users proved invaluable.

Unfortunately it is not used throughout the organisation resulting in conflict sometimes with other document storage IT systems and we occasionally have to duplicate documents.

The use of issue manager to drive any process (which dosent neccesserily need to be quality related) is brilliant.
