Donesafe can do anything really, our business will use it for many many things, reporting incidents / hazards and doing the injury management is just the start.

The standard reporting and dashboards are very basic. This cannot support Incident reporting requirements for a business.

Being through multiple changes, there is no update sent to users. Maybe to administrators but not forwarded.

Additionally provides us opportunity to be pro-active about not repeating the compliance issues thanks to Donesafe's strong analyzing tools.

Having a global safety portal to help track and prevent future accidents has been great for our company. Also gives a chance to get more employees involved in reporting and safety training.

Apart from manual csv downloads across individual modules, no other form of integration available.

Reporting options can be very limited and don't allow drill down within Dashboards. Integration with other systems for video is limited to Youtube and Vimeo, direct embedded code doesn't seem to work.

The system was developed over a 6 month period, which was only possible with a dedicated member on staff devoted to the project which is an additional cost.

What impresses me most about this software is the simplicity  and accessibility of all aspects associated with this software.

Enjoyable and full of ease. Never had a trouble, easy to learn and to teach other employees how to use.

The software is very simple to use and acceptable price compares to other organisation.

There is no communication on standard system updates/release notes, and at times we have seen things that were working have stopped working (users complained).

OH and Safety application is great. Safety performance is great to monitor.

Ease of use for the end user across all platforms and the ability for customisation by internal admin users.

The implementation of EQMS to the department has been very successful. We have come across some issues, however the helpdesk have been very helpful with any problems.

With the acquisitions, the ease of having Q-Pulse Enterprise allowed us to roll out the QMS and provide real live data and streamline a number of our processes.

Poor integration between modules. To link issues with suppliers may be slow.

Integration of the software was quick and easy, as is general use on a day to day basis.

Some of the reports such as 'out of date' documents has encouraged the team to update these document quickly. It is a good prompt to ensure we do not fall behind.

Q-Pulse is user friendly, intuitive and easy to navigate. It provides the functionality required to manage documents, audits and assets easily.

I waste a lot of time every time I have to use the program.

The program is very straight forward with minimal instructions you are easily moving thru the program.

It has worked great for us on documentation control and non-conformances.

Ease of use - the system is easy to use and intuitive after some training. As with any computerised system, it helps when the databases are used routinely.

It's limited capacity ensures you get one-on-one attention from their technical team if needed, and networking with other users proved invaluable.

Hence we have not had any areas within the system that we disliked.

Integration - when all the metadata had been collected, the integration with existing business processes was easy as the organisation was operating a paper based document management system.

The use of issue manager to drive any process (which dosent neccesserily need to be quality related) is brilliant.
