  • Pros

  • It works like we want it to work and when we need some adjustments the support is really fast.
  • Channable is easy to set up and in use. You can use the software for a lot different feed & API based marketplaces and platforms.
  • Cons

  • But when you want distinguish and really take a next step, the tool is too limited.
  • All changes go directly live when you hit save - there's no way to revert it, and no undo.

  • In an easy way we can connect out Woocommerce shop to Koongo. The channel templates are of great help to connect to a marketplace.
  • The onboarding was very easy and the support team (special thanks to [sensitive content hidden]) made such a great job. Integration on several marketplaces works smooth and is easy to maintain.
  • Cons

  • Nothing in particular, only perhaps that there is no Italian.
  • I have really no Idea because I communicate with the Koongo team all the time.
