It's has a very easy to use UI, and customer service is amazing.

I like the ability to sell subscriptions as well as individual purchases.

We loved the ease of use and the great customer service on the platform as well as how easy and secure the payment portal was.

This is a fantastic tool and I love using it. The templates are great , the support is also very good and overall its a winner.

I also liked the fact that it allows you to insert videos and links and integrate those (but only in the paid version).

It's very easy to use, the price is good and our clients are very impressed.

We use Flipsnack to display our newsletters and prospectuses. People love the page turning function and it looks great on all platforms.

My students, colleagues have all liked it and I have received positive response about it.

I find the editor clunky and less than intuitive. Simply trying to add a line of text and a link is confusing.

Any issues, the customer service team get back to you ASAP and are very helpful. Very happy you can now edit a double page and can create a product that looks great and very professional.

Flipsnack has a great interface for creating. It is easy to embed and can be customized to fit any width website.

The product was easy to setup and integrate functionality and links for CTA processes. We managed to put our library of datasheets together in a few hours too.

Print quality, very high utility. It’s packed with all the options you need to make a beautiful one page design or for designing an entire magazine, page by page.

Very easy to use, intuitive. The ease of making the final product available was great.

The problem, however, is that punctuation marks still appear as if the writing was done in English / Spanish, etc. (Latin Characters).

I sometimes have trouble with the embed process into Wordpress.

Our existing newsletter is out dated and boring, plus some users were having trouble viewing or printing it. Flipsnack fixed that problem quickly and relatively easily.

What I loved most about the product was the ease of use. It was pretty much download, import, load, launch and use.

Good experience - I've only used support once and they were very responsive.

The flashing targets (from a marketing perspective) can ruin an entire look and feel of a layout. If you made invisible areas we could direct readers to click on products.

Absolutely frustrating when operating from a remote location. Especially so since CV19 , when the internet is even slower.

I have never had to deal directly with the customer service staff, but I think that speaks to the ease of use that I have never had to.

BEgan using the free version for one year, then wanted to expand offerings and have been very pleased with the basic vpaid version value for money.

We don't use this feature since we design in the Adobe Creative Suite... but I have found this as a good option for sharing content internally and externally.

My absolute favorite thing about Flipsnack is the awesome customer service. Whenever I have a question, I get a detailed response almost immediately.

On Flipsnack thats not possible. Unless when you pay u have that possibility).

In an easy way we can connect out Woocommerce shop to Koongo. The channel templates are of great help to connect to a marketplace.

I have really no Idea because I communicate with the Koongo team all the time.

The onboarding was very easy and the support team (special thanks to [sensitive content hidden]) made such a great job. Integration on several marketplaces works smooth and is easy to maintain.

The software is clear and if you have any question support is great. You can ask them anything and they help you till it works.

Overall it has been good, they have a useful Knowledge Base and support that guides you through everything so you can always achieve your goals.

Cost wise they are a lot cheaper than any of the competitors while offering a superior product.

Koongo support is great. Very friendly and helpful.

For now a good experience, better than other similar sites.

Even If I am frustrated some times The team is handling that verry professional.

Sometimes errors occur during the upload to a channel due to connection problems. We would like to get notified.

It works seamlessly with the marketplaces and keeps all the things always aligned, the price is reasonable. In the past  I've  used Codiato and Channable, koongo is a lot better.

Customer Service is awesome, Platform is very user friendly.

The module has a good user interface and a flexible configuration for known feed channels.

Everything is possible with Koongo. Ant the fantastic team is always willing to help.

If there is not a platform integration they are eager to create one.
