As a genealogist the ability to see other graves in the area is amazing.

An outstanding feature of Chronicle is its ability manage most funtctions of cemetery business. We are able to use the program to record all data relating to each plot.

Ease of use, accuracy of maps, ability to update and correct information.

Not sure as I never had any experience using any software similar.

However, many of our dates only have the 'year' of birth and or death.

Working with the team at Chronicle has been a very positive experience. They are very professional and friendly.

We are able to assign new managers to make edits or add information without significant training. The price point of the software makes it an attractive option for our cemetery of 6,000 plots.

Initial integration of data was difficult, more due to our presentation of information. The date system is limited, as it will only publish full dates, ie, day:month:year.

Getting use to different terminology. I get loss on which page I am on some of it is the terminology and some of it is the layout.

Some of the graves don't show their correct location. We have many burials where the location of the grave is unknown.

Cemetery software that is affordable and easy to use for small country cemeteries.

We had records dating back to 1875 and didn't realise the amount of mistakes had been made when recording the deaths and locations of the plots.

It has not been a simple process to transfer data from existing systems to Chronicle due to our poor mapping and data management practices in the past.

Chronicle is difficult to use on a mobile phone, which would be preferred by most cemetery visitors at the time of visiting.

When I took my position and I was shown the cemetery, I was overwhelmed and saddened by the records.

I have had very helpful and patient people help me through the process of setting up a program for our church.

Next step is to make sure others know where this information is. The customer service is great.

The best thing is the visual aspect, being able to see our cemetery, and have all the lots color coded, so that we can see at a glance what is occupied or vacant.

Not only is Chronicle feature rich but the sales team and customer service has been exceptional. Since migrating to Chronicle we have asked for additional plots to be added to our cemetery.

Chronicle have been very responsive throughout the process, from change requests to any assistance I may have needed and just general enquiries.

It has eliminated our need to use multiple registers, software programs,  improved safety and integrity of data and greatly enhanced our deceased search abilities.

The maps were a mess really and a lot of double ups, but also a lot of records not on the maps.

That it has been hard for the public to find us when searching on google.

Chronicle then sent me a project proposal and quote and I was so excited that not only does the Chronicle team do most of the work the price was very very affordable.

The ability to upload historical stories which are also accessible to the public. Ease of access, easy to do searches, easy to add information.

They were all very helpful with the installation of the system. The Cemetery Trust were very keen to upgrade to a electronic system and are very happy with it.

Didn’t need much training and i found it easy to use.

Formerly we would need to consult the written records but now the needed information can be accessed online saving us time and trouble.

We are new to this kind of software. When I began my search for this kind of product, I liked that this company would work with a small old cemetery.

The modules are fairly easy to use to quickly find information about a plot or burial. Information is easy to update and add to.

Our previous system was able to capture just the year, month or day, because Plotbox doesn’t allow this we lost a lot of important digital information that will have to be recreated and altered.

You of course get teething problems with any new system but these are always rectified as soon as they can be by Plotbox.

The support staff is great. Integrating previous files into the program is not difficult.

For the most part it is user friendly. Plotting of property and integration to a contract.

Less time meeting with families, recording records, researching historical information. In short... makes our job so much easier... and saves money.

We track some of our financial information through PlotBox and have found that the invoicing feature is not always the easiest to use.

I seem to forget to enter the year 1st. Also I prefer the system to  save automatically a draft of my work in case I am interrupted and fail to do so prior to leaving my office.

I absolutely love how quick the customer service is; everyone we've met at Plotbox are very happy to help. The search for a grave has been great, too.

PlotBox is a modern cloud based system which is easy to navigate and access.

Patiently working with us to correct anomalies. Excellent customer support including many bespoke how to guides.

The mapping module is robust and easy to use. It provides a good overview of the cemeteries.

What I enjoy most about Plotbox is the amount of time that it saves our staff.

On-line contracts work flows and integration with mapping selection. On-line and control of pricing of plots very helpful.

A great online support package from Plotbox means queries are answered instantly. The support provided during the set up process was excellent.

Here is more than 1 way to enter data but then the data doesn't seem to speak to itself in the plotbox. Accounts reports are not satisfactory.

The ease of drawing off work lists and ability to manage those lists will make us far more efficient.

Overall experience has been excellent. Good support provided by the Support Team who are always helpful and will resolve problems as quickly as possible.

Only criticism i would have, and its a very first world problem, would be there is no integration into Obitus at present, i hasten to add this may not be a Plotbox issue.

PlotBox has been immensely helpful while our staff has been working remotely during the pandemic.

We like how easy PlotBox makes it to search for burials and/or plot owners.

Because we're a government agency, we have to back up all of our records due to records retention laws. It was difficult to get all of the information that we put into PlotBox into our own system.

The best bit about Plotbox is the excellent customer service you get, if you have any issues just send them a quick message and someone always gets back to you to help.

My overall experience with plot box is a positive one, it definitely helps us by having it.

Just because we’re newer to system it’s hard to say. I know everything can be link and clicked so my worry is people might get confused or end up in wrong place.

I feel the administrative support and follow through has been fantastic. When there are problems or glitches the support and desire to repair the problem has been very responsive.

I like that we are able to customize so many things during set up. Customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced.

At the moment I'm yet to come across a problem that couldn't be solved somehow.

Overall this is system is a major improvement from our previous software in its functionality and ease of use.

Easy to use and very user friendly when wanting to create documents and prints its very easy to achive this.

We love the software and it does EXACTLY as advertised, but the people are the best part.

The software we used before was very dated and this change make a huge difference for them. The help desk is very friendly and very patient when you need help.
