Since my demo ChMeetings support team has been great to work with. I asked tons of questions before ever even signing up. Once I did, nothing changed; the ChMeetings team still treated me as before, like a top customer. Anytime I had a question or raised a ticket, they were quick to respond and help out. I've had some unique migration needs and consolidated 3 different software into ChMeetings with little help. I'm now able to handle most things from one user interface. So far the software is amazing at covering my needs and if not the support team helps find a way to make it happen. Overall, my experience with ChMeetings has been wonderful! As I mentioned above, the very few things that I have experience small difficulty with I have submitted feedback and hopeful that they will update these things. The few amount of "Cons" I had with it is definitely not enough to keep me from this software. (Everything Really!) #### Cons Volunteer reminders have to be the same setting if within a single event (submitted feedback and hopeful that it will be updated) When creating a form, it was difficult to move some of the fields around as I added. That was a bit difficult but still manageable. Would love to see sub-events become a thing. Having a single Sunday School event but then having a breakdown of events within that event of my individual Sunday School classes to check in and manage but still being able to see the total of combined classes as well. We really like the directory, and the ability to create groups. The prayer chain participation has increased since using CHMeetings for notifications. #### Cons When printing the plan from events the text is too small. When you print, the text is in PDF format and pushed off to the side. #### Reasons for switching to Chmeetings Too expensive for a small parish. Also the initial purchase was misleading, without a monthly fee you do not get access.
