Pros
- FACTS has been a great tool and the staff has ben super helpful from the beginning of implementing FACTS.
- I enjoy the ease in which I can communicate with teachers. It is nice that the school can send a quick text to keep me in the loop too.
- The other thing that I have to mention is the support, it is the best support we have on any of the software we use. It has been a joy to work with our direct contact and the support team.
Cons
- At that time it was only for financial purposes, and I hated it then. It was cumbersome and difficult to use, and figuring out how the math was done was an exercise in frustration.
- So difficult to use, ugly interface, annoying to toggle between student and financial management.
- Keeping up with all the charges and fees can be confusing for our families. We tend to get several calls weekly having to explain what the charges are for.
Pros
- I love that i can find everything related to children's progress and kindergarten activity in one single place. It is really accessible and friendly for both teachers and parents.
- What our team likes most is the easy to use, intuitive interface and the very helpful and prompt customer service. The payment plans for each customer are a great tool as well.
- The wonderful team behind it have done a good job and they certainly won't stop there. I recommend Kinderpedia to everyone for a wonderful experience and to make working days even more pleasant.
Cons
- It still has many bugs, the updates are done during working hours and they usually create errors that impede essential communication on the platform.
- For the time we have been using this app, I found this feature that is what's missing.
- For us is difficult to use live chat beacuse parents don’t replay to us on kinderpedia the replay us on watsapp.
