The filters are finicky. The most struggle I've had with Linewize is just getting websites either blocked or allowed properly.

As a teacher, I NEVER know what websites are blocked for my students. I may create an entire lesson using one website which I find out after I have started my class is partially or wholly blocked.

Nobody jumps into the webfilter on to resolve an issue that isn't an immediate need. That quick response keeps end users happy which makes my day to day life easier.

This year we're off to a great start with Linewise, I'm eager to see the full impact at the end of the semester. I highly recommend Linewise for educators.

Customer support is good is always helpful. Overall its been a good experience.

So when I need to be in the webfilter I don't always know exactly what im looking for or where it is. Using the quick chat feature has always resolved my issue in a timely manner.

Maybe I'm not using it correctly but it's a little confusing to me. For instance my superintendent wanted a report of every user who had accessed Netflix.

It is useful and helps with classroom management in a one-to-one student-to-laptop situation.

Distraction is a major hurdle that educators must overcome and each year it becomes increasingly difficult.

Really looking forward to using the tools they are bring down. Its always nice when a company is listing to its users about how to make a better product.

Overall I have had a great experience with Linewize. Again, the customer support is top notch.

It is fairly easy to use. I can easily see what the students are doing.

I'm a little disappointed in the reporting feature.

I started bypassing the on prem server every time our network died, and it would immediately come up and never have the issue.

I like how easy it is to set up profiles. It is also very easy to use VPP with Apple School Manager to push out apps to our devices.

Disowning iPads and removing Jamf is a pain. Multiple steps involved and we were having to do extra steps as well.

Jamf School (formerly ZuluDesk) has been a great MDM solution for our school district's needs.

Very easy to deploy to managed devices, very easy to manage/troubleshoot devices.

I love love the inventory and being able to lock down a stolen device.

The biggest part of Jamf School that I like is the ease of use.

All of my interactions with Jamf school have been extremely positive. Always very helpful with minimal wait time for support.

Its very difficult to learn, not much contact from anyone from Jamf unfortunately.

Creating the scope to issue apps to groups was more difficult than expected.

Jamf School MDM is a great tool for the price.

I love that we can package our apps and push them out. I also love the one time fee for the lifetime of the device instead of paying a per year fee.

I like everything about the Jamf suite of products.

I really enjoy the using Jamf School to manage our school devices. It cost for perpetual licensing makes it a very affordable option for schools.

The UI is very easy on the eyes, and the options available for device management make the day-to-day task of solving issues with devices much easier.

Overall, it has streamlined our iPad management, enough to where I have confidence our technicians can put their hands on the platform and solve issues without needing much further escalation.
