I like how user friendly this software is, but I would love some upgraded features like other software have.

Allowing us to have the parents fill this out every day and then scan a QR Code to check compliance has been super easy and reassuring to families and staff that school is safe every day.

The software is really easy to use compared to other programs. It is very user friendly and you are able to access items quickly and with ease.

The designer of the program is always thinking ahead and working to improve the program.

At times it can have issues or problems when saving things or when sending out emails and it completely swipes everything out.

Parent Locker is a wonderful tool for managing the seemingly infinite amounts of data that we have to track in running our school.

There customer support is not to be believed - we have never had a vendor that was this personal and responsive. They know our staff by name, and are extremely responsive.

The customer service team is very responsive, and has even tweaked some of it's products to make the system better for us.

Although many of the features we needed were already anticipated, the team at Parent Locker was quick to customize our needs. The greatest thing about Parent Locker is the ease of use.

It was also great that the teachers were able to use the app to see which students were cleared to enter the building with the click of a button.

We were able to roll it out in a very short period of time and have been up and running. The low learning curve is one of its greatest assets.

It has been great using parent locker. Having so many options and tools at my fingertips is a great benefit when we are busy and teaching throughout the day.

When you login to the website through a browser on the phone, it is unclear where to go for the screening.

We've been so happy with their product and their responsiveness to our needs, we still can't quite believe we have such a great product at that price.

Parent Locker works well for our school and helps integrate every component of education management.

Also, setting up forms for families to fill out, so the information flows into the database, can be a little difficult.

It does not contain many features that other software programs for schools do have, but even though it is missing features.

We were able to implement this new product specifically for Daily Health screening during COVID. It was easy to implement, use and I've been impressed by the range of options available.

Overall I really enjoyed using this software. I would recommend this software to anyone.

All great things: competitive pricing, creating groups, getting students to the platform, keeping track of attendance and most importantly having access to API to connect Teach n Go to our Power BI.

I find attaching files can be difficult, as it will not attach from drive.

We wanted a solid system for a client database, attendance records, materials access for students and parental access for billing.

Also, I don't print receipts because parents can find them online on Teach n Go and they don't lose them. Not only is it environmentally friendly but also money-saving.

The tabs are clearly labelled and it is quite easy to navigate and use. Also, we liked how student information and class schedule are clearly organized and easy to search for on this software.

Easy to implement, easy to use, affordable, excellent response time from queries.

The payment system can also be hard to deal with to.

As far as the technical support is concerned, it is excellent. Whenever I needed them, they were eager to help me resolve the issue in no time.

The ease of the system is great. I find the whole integration of buttons with the interface to provide a great experience for student and teacher alike.

The only downside is the need to have a secondary accounting system to use in conjunction with Teach n Go.

They engaged with us from the start helping to accomodate our needs and resolving issue quickly and with a smile.

Grades are not used, if email address is wrong there is no feedback that the email was not sent.

We are very happy with the platform and the service. It answers to everything we need.

Additionally the software should be able to note that where a date has no entries for attendance or lack of ,that lesson should not be included in the number of hours taught.

I have students that pay different prices. Its taking me a while to adjust fees based on individual students.

The platform can become a little bit lagged during some hours but it will take only a few minutes to function normally.

The classroom management and the attendance of students are very important features during the corona pandemic, so we really appreciate these.
