Site Lock is easy to setup and the 24/7 support is great. If you are in a mind and your site is already hacked go to them now without pause.

I am notified of any potential concerns (if any). They make me feel like family.

Hides (makes it difficult to find) how to stop auto-renew. A you can't just stop auto-renew from your billing panel, the way you can with reputable businesses.

The software is easy to use and install. I can monitor my website through my SiteLock dashboard to view traffic and bots in real-time.

It was easy to integrate, and when I did stumble at one point, their customer service was very quick and eager to help resolve my issue.

The dashboard is nice and easy to monitor your website. Yet it seems to be a bit cluttered at times with notices.

They also have great support. The service also can make your websites load faster.

So I want to transfer the subscription from one site to another as the old site was killed for a new site after 5 months of use.

An unethical company - They do not even follow their term of agreements.

The only other option, short of cancelling the card I had on file with them, was to cancel their service 10 months early and not receive the full year's service I paid for.

Architect of the tool is difficult i.e. organization group vs assignment/smart group. Difficult for IT admins to setup regions, departments vide devices and link them.

VMware has a very competitive product for MDM and will definitely give other companies a run for their money.

The implementation took some time but all of our end-users are extremely happy to be off the legacy MDM platform.

I had difficulty during initial setup. The firewall had to be manually configured when I set it up.

We can easily manage and secure our mobile devices and push out updates/software/wireless access very easily. The enrollment porcess has improved a lto recently so our users can easily self service.

The thing I like most when using the application is that it is both easy to use and very easy to use.

Its working great the way it was setup but don't have much options to upgrade the tenant if its a very bog organization. Support is good but not very quick.

Pricing  is also interesting and there are multiple options.

It allows the improvement in experiences and tasks that were once costly, complicated.

Good for Mac and Windows if you go with one tool for all endpoints.

The software is easy to use once setup and is quite fast even on older computers. Gui is easy to navigate.

The integration of every devices is very good , you can monitor every device as long as it's connected to a network.

Workspace one is rock solid. Went down the path of mobile iron which was a mistake.

Thank goodness for this program. It's simple to use and clean looking.

It frezzes occasionally when update. I have experienced errors whem trying to back up to another computer.

I usually Workspace One to log in to work remotely. It starts and performs very quickly compared to previous solutions.

It is  fairly easy to use and generally well documented. The support team is also very knowledgeable and keen to assist.

Great way to track and manage company assets in the field.

Accessing all the company apps through workspace one. It is really good to have all the application that the company provides and use them more securely through the browser.

Overall a good tool to manage and secure employee laptops. It definitely makes life easier for IT.

Employees are still hesitant to install Workspace ONE since they are suspicious about what the software reports back to HQ.

This product has great customization for MDM and can get pretty granular. Does everything you want in terms of MDM.

The Workspace One suite of products helps resolve many of the issues we had with only using the AirWatch product.

Luckily we had an existing relationship with VMWare when Covid shutdowns started.
