My overall experience with Cyberduck has been positive, it is intuitive from a user perspective.

The cost is free and they suggest a donation which is very noble of them for such a great product. It allows you to upload and download files using a variety of standard ftp protocols.

Cyberduck makes it so simple to move files between systems. There are so many options available and it handles most things automatically, particularly automatic compression, which is awesome.

It gets the job done in the least amount of time and with the fewest number of problems.

I love how easy it is to use -- I've been able to quickly connect to our S3 bucket and easily make changes/view files.

Most people are a bunch of young kids 21-25 years old that no nothing. We had to let this company go.

This software fails to do its job. I had it running on a client for 6 months and needed to recover and there was nothing there.

A few years ago, the product was cutting edge, but it has failed to evolve and lacks features offered by many of it's competitors. The interface feels dated lacks the appeal of competing products.

There are few issues when it comes to backing up. Axcient support is very helpful and responsive.

I had 3 Axcient 2factor accounts and #s to the same email at one point and had to try them all to get the right one. By far the worst setup process I have ever gone through on a product.

Overall, I would recommend using a competing product like Dropbox or OneDrive. Axcient x360Cloud has the look, feel and functionality of product that was created years ago.

I like the ability to have a single pane and company that integrates with my PSA (CW Manage) and it allows me to mange and easily role out.

The biggest issue is despite having everything correct and configured including an email to alert us of any issues we never received any. Support is almost the worst we have ever seen.
