  • Pros

  • Customer service is good. Staff often catch mistakes that myself or my employees have made, and have called us to correct or confirm the issues.
  • I like the feel and the interface. Its very user friendly and the 24/7 part is very nice and helpful.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the app will crash while you are using it. Also you have to redownload it just to get it to work.
  • Having to replace accounts to do small edits is not very efficient. Occasionally the interface with Brivo has some issues.
