Statistics function/match reports: Simple match reports build up a rich source of data to help provide some great insight into team performance.

My overall experience has gave me the wow factor, I enjoy writing my team match reports on Monday morning.

This isnt always possible when you have little or no assistance on the sidelines.

I have used 3 different websites for my team stats, team stats is by far the best. I love how in depth you can go not only on website but in the app as well.

The app is easy to add a fixture or result and particularly like the FA full time system integration.

It takes a while to upload pictures for the home page and their perspective is often distorted when displayed publicly.

An unsung feature is the ability to use match reports as a rolling newspaper of games and to be really creative about how you do that.

At first I experienced difficulties in finding how to turn a past scheduled fixture into a report. Maybe this wasn’t the clearest but it was user error.

The software is easy to use. It allows me to keep up with my players and their stats which makes it easier for me to show college coaches when I am trying to get my kids recruited.

The only thing missing for me is a sinbin option in match events for small sided games.

Ease of use, the way it looks and the statistics side are all big favourites.

Overall very good bit pricey for just one team.

Customer support: Using the in app chat function the guys at TeamStats have been really quick to respond to queries and suggestions.

The overall experience is wonderful. It has really allowed me to do things that I haven't be able to do in the past.

Doing substitutions is a bit painful when you do a game review. Not sure stats work properly when you sub off then back on again; or if you start as sub.

Most valuable bit of the software is the integration of the the whole process.

I am also a big fan of The match reports and my players love the statistics available.

The brilliant stats that you can view after. A great collective hub to bring players together.

Doesn't support under 18 football very well, where you have parent information, should have seperate part for coaches under availability. No option to define your formation.

In general, I find the user interface very easy to work and the app itself very stable.

Lots of great features that really do save you time, money and a lot of hassle.

It's difficult to add results without clicking back on yourself.

The biggest thing for me is customer service. The developers are approachable and resolve any problems, not that there has been many, very quickly, efficiently and without fuss.

The ability to use on all browsers the players use and on all devices anywhere at anytime. Fast, cost effective and a great user and player experience.

Very intuitive and the support are super fast at implementing the changes we requested to help with our specific needs (e.g. editing recurring events).

The look of the software is very good. I enjoyed using it in the early days when the team was active on the internet.

It also makes it difficult manually to clock in because the employees have to change their password so often that they forget it. The biggest complaint is the merchant card service charges.

The software is very easy to use, versatile and comprehensive. Twin Oaks entire staff, including customer service/support staff is by far the best.

SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and tge twin oaks support team in general is absolutely amazing. They are quick to respond and help whenever I need it.

I love the New App and the online access. We have used Twin Oaks for several years and the online system is much more user friendly!!! We are very happy so far with what they are doing.

Secure and robust management of members. We have bern using the software and one of its earliest customers.

Fair and upfront pricing. Office hours are generous, and a 24/7 line is made available for tech emergencies.

The pricing has never changed or gone up at all, which is nice to know that that is set and not something we have to be concerned about.

The sales and membership tracking make keeping up with our sales and growth super easy.

The software makes it easy for us to add and remove options to our Point of Sale System and it does a great job of providing us with a detailed sales analysis weekly, monthly and annually.

A couple personnel are experience with Quick Books, so are great help if you have to transmit things to QB.

It has been very good for us and the addition of Twin Oaks handling our credit card processing has been very smooth.

The reports are very frustrating as the instructions are not clear and selection criteria is extremely confusing. It is frustrating to run reports and not obtain report data that is consistent.

It’s an all In one system, I can pull reports of cancelations, sign ups club usage etc etc. Has a very good memo system for our members and is easy to navigate and use.

Customizing modules or pages is mostly impossible, so you are often stuck with a bunch of stuff/clutter on a page that you don't use or need.

The software is easy to use and train new employees on.

A club like ours needs the services this kind of software offers.

It was very easy to find most things. Response time from Twin Oaks was typically pretty quick.

The manuals are huge and difficult to follow, and some places don't seem to give correct directions.

Submitting the draft manually. Automatic ability to remove bad billing from the draft after returns occur.

This is a robust software and a lot to learn. Support team is very helpful.

Tech support is available 24 hours with a call back feature, Carole in sales is amazing and so are most everyone I have worked with.
