Longshot does not allow you to do all of the things in the trial once you pay the annual fee, and you cannot get in touch with their customer service even after emailing them several times.

I think the company is in their infancy but as time goes they are adding more and more features that keep on improving. Overall they are doing a good job, and just hope that it keeps getting better.

Difficult to find previously produced articles on Longshot.

Compared to other similar tools, it provides a great value for money.

Customer Support is great. They have taken on feedback quickly, with updates being made the UI after I highlighted a small area for improvement.

They have a good roadmap and the support helped me any time that I needed help. They are adding new features every now and then.

First off, I call any AI tool a helper, and Longshot AI gives me the best kind of assistance. With 1000 credits a month, I can write roughly around 50000 words for a reasonable price.

I like that everything is at my fingertips. I can create as many 'electronic' file cabinets as I need to keep organized and able to view, print, fax, email directly from paperwise.

Some of the coverage options are hard to find or are they are placed at the wrong spot so I have to use 'free format.

Lack of  new features, lack of development, some core markup software was very old.

Sometimes the software will throw errors and will require some troubleshooting. Most of these errors are easily resolved by repairing/reinstalling the software which only takes about 5 minutes or so.

Very little support call and flexible to use. It's also integrates into our other system with make the usability even better.

Program is great, support is always at your fingertips with great response. Upon acquiring the software, there was a great team that helped implement it and give our staff the training needed.
