It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

It's nice to have a one-stop-shop for all of your needs. That makes it super helpful because it works across platforms.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

There are many things that I love about this program. The price point is fantastic, especially considering all the resources you get for a small monthly fee.

It's super easy to setup for my employees. I get the peace of mind they are using the best.

And all includen in the same plan. I use it in my work space and its amazing, the flexibility and the integration is amazing.

I like the ease of use of Office 365. It is a great value for the money and helps me keep all of my business information easily accessible.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

Overall Microsoft 365 is an amazing product with great features and wonderful customer service.

It’s been a great product and I like having mag programs to get various jobs done. Price point is good and quality is great.

The worst thing would be that its hard to recover lost excel documents as they don't show in recent workbooks.

We know there are alternatives for these customers (ie: send files as attachments), but it was too burdensome for our sales team in the end.

I think that the reporting features can be a tad confusing.

The ability to add and manage content is very easy to do.

It provided a fix for a constant problem we were having - not having the right literature at the right time.

The ease of use, the evolving functionality, the ability to have content at fingertips easily and of course the ability to analyze the use of the content used or not used.

Very easy and quick to update, good search function and great interaction with external partners via ' shared spaces.

Our users are happy and our adoption rate was high, which for our sales staff is amazing. We love this app and would recommend it to anyone.

The offline feature of showpad is great, marketing upload stuff onto Showpad and sales can download the items. Once they have done that they can use it offline.

Showpad has been great for our Sales team to get access to information quickly when out in the field. It has also been very helpful when following up with prospects.

We had a short time to get everything up and running, and we were able to do it both because the software is very user friendly and also because the support team was excellent.

Overall I'd say within my capacity is served its purpose well. Great content management for sales, easy to create presentations and to manage.

Powerful tools to know when to follow up whit custom.

Just wish it wasn't sorta cookie cutter-like. But for ease of use some things have to be limted i suppose.

Also being able to create experiences is very helpful. It allows for our sales team to use it out in the field with our customers.

The click-through experience was quick, the interface looks great and easy to interact with once you are within the UI. Creating presentations for the customers is easy as well.

As someone who helped develop the tool, the dev side of the app is very intuitive and easy to use.

As an administrator, I sometimes get annoyed with uploading content as it can be time-consuming, but this isn't really a big enough complaint to look elsewhere.

The inability to navigate around strict firewalls was a major detriment for some of our users.

The support team regularly looks for ways to update the user experience by integrating new plugins and support for third party applications - I absolutely love the Outlook addon.

I would recommend this software to people who are looking for a way to manage their content, and looking for a way to make seamless support for multiple departments.

I really like the very clean interface and user experience of Showpad. That is why I used this software from beginning on, there is no more accessible solution on the market in my experience.

The tracking doesn't cc you in sent emails or can integrate in Microsoft dynamics so information sent to customers is missing and it's very difficult to record it in a CRM.

Ease of use, mobile and desktop applications, real time updates, ability to make notes and send follow up once connected to WiFi.

Great tool, aspecially when sales uses a lot of brochures and flyers to communicate.

Design is veeerrryyy limited. Im not able to change fonts or customize it to a brand standard.

Showpad is great for deploying training to my sales team. It's easy to upload, easy to use.
