Wonderful customer service for set up and install. Seems easy to use and a good way to cut down on all of our paperwork.

The drawback for us is the inability to search across multiple file cabinets and/or have different search parameters for the same file cabinet.

I like that everything is at my fingertips. I can create as many 'electronic' file cabinets as I need to keep organized and able to view, print, fax, email directly from paperwise.

Some of the coverage options are hard to find or are they are placed at the wrong spot so I have to use 'free format.

The ability to recall the different versions is a great feature.

I have always had a great experience with Paperwise, their support team is awesome (which I have only had to use on a few occasions).

Lack of  new features, lack of development, some core markup software was very old.

Sometimes the software will throw errors and will require some troubleshooting. Most of these errors are easily resolved by repairing/reinstalling the software which only takes about 5 minutes or so.

Very little support call and flexible to use. It's also integrates into our other system with make the usability even better.

Program is great, support is always at your fingertips with great response. Upon acquiring the software, there was a great team that helped implement it and give our staff the training needed.

There's no two ways about it. But, if the tool could be more user-friendly for people who are not tech-savvy, that would enable Peppertype to be the new copywriting intern on the team.

It had a decent free trial limit, suggesting that the creators are confident about their product. It is, for me a good sign of quality as it signifies they will also be working towards improving it.

The price / quality of the product is very good, there're cheaper alternatives and also more expensive ones, this is just on the right spot between quality / price.

Too fewer credits, Some captions have numbers without any sources and it becomes very difficult to use those research ideas for our captions are not there.

There are alternative free options but the best part is the content which is generated is quality content. Also as a  solo founder with limited content writing skill , this software is really useful.

It fulfilled all wishes in just one wave and I love using the tool totally.

It is amazing how rapidly the genre is improving. It is infinitely easier to start with something reasonable and then improve it than it is to start from scratch.

Figuring out how AI fits into design is a great learning experience and I am continuing to explore how Peppertype and other tools can supplement what we do.

The content generators are much better than most of the ones I've tried. The writing actually sounds like a real, thinking person wrote it not a computer.

Sometimes the content suggestion is not up to mark with my expectation or is even repetitive. But again the pros outweigh the cons.
