The ability to drag and drop files into the web version or the drive version. The ability to save directly to the drive. The ease of finding documents. The ease of email templates, the ease of signing and getting signatures. There is nothing to not love about Suitefiles.

I have moved 2 separate practices from 2 different document/accounting systems. Moved from Handisoft first time and moved from AE document management system. Easy to use, integrates exceptionally well with Xero. Storage is excellent and never lags when looking for information.

Having to click on the signing tag every time you want to put a signing field into a document. Just once would be great. Choose the signer and add to wherever signing is required.

overall it is a great software and is easy to use, updates when done sometimes they dont have other things work, which i have made mention to support that when these updates occur further testing required in the test system so that when goes live things dont break down, also it takes a lot of time to fix once known to support

ease of access to client files, ease to drag and drop from external sources,

support takes time to get back to us with a fix - sometimes warranted and sometimes should be a quick fix, support at times dont understand the problem so have to do a lot of screenshotting back and forth so the IT team understand the issue

Overall the software is good and integrates with a range of softwares however there are just a few small functionality improvements to do with the suitefiles drive function and pdf management that would really make this a useful software.

I like the online suitefiles where you are able to access documents and they autosave and you can access them from any computer. I also like that it can integrate with your outlook making it easier to save emails and documents. The suitefiles drive function is also good because it allows you to save documents similar to the old method which is good for staff who are poor with change.

I dislike that you cannot open pdf's properly and highlight notes and leaves comments the way you normally would when opening them from your drive. The other item is to do with suitefiles drive, sometimes documents saved on the suitefiles drive don't upload to the cloud.

It has made running my business so much easier having everything in the one place and having browser access makes it much easier and i love the look of it and how easy it is to find what you want. I am inlove with suitefiles

I love the fact that I can have everything in one place. I can have documents signed and stay in the client folder, the ability to sign and also having it linked to XPM so i can retrieve the contact details for signature easily. My favourite feature is the menu and the tier structure is just so much neater and more compact.

I actually havent found anything i dont like yet to be honest

The SuiteFiles integration with Xero Practice Manager is seamless. It allows me to create client folder structures with a couple of clicks, and easily save documents into those folders using SuiteDrive. I can save emails from Outlook into SuiteFiles folders with just a few clicks. That's just a couple of things, it saves me time and angst every single day.

The team at SuiteFiles are amazing; so helpful. SuiteFiles has saved me hours and hours of time over the years. SuiteFiles made it easy for me to move to being paper-free. It also makes it easy for my document management to be simple and more importantly - organised.

SuiteFiles brings in wonderful new features all the time and it's hard to keep up!

Overall it's a good product. It does the job. Would love to see upgrades though.

Tutorials are missing. We probably don't use all the features. It does lag a lot, can be very slow to load.

We started using Suitefiles (SF) just prior to the first lockdown in 2020. The decision was part of a full move for our 5 person accounting practice from desktop based programs to cloud services and a reduction of the use of paper within the office. Although moving a decade old practice with all its old systems onto new cloud services came with its share of headaches SuiteFiles was not one of them. The process of setup was supported the whole way via the SuiteFiles customer support system and after only a short while all the staff had a pretty good handle on how it worked. We set up separate files for each of our clients as we went rather than doing the import in one go as the uploading of files dragged our internet speed down so it suited us to do them progressively. The ability to structure the file system to match how we originally stored electronic files, meant we could drag and drop all our historical electronic records in their existing file structure right into the SuiteFiles program which then provided continuity with the files being added going forward. Suite Files has become the central depository for all our clients information, new work is dropped into their current year file, workpapers and supporting docs are all saved in as we work on it. Draft copies of tax returns and accounts are saved there and once approved we use the SuiteFiles electronic signing system to have them approved. The ability to look up information and auto preview it are fantastic.

Overall I am really enjoying SuiteFiles. It is a smart software with a passionate team behind them that are always helpful and thoughtful.

I like that within SuiteFiles we can have multiple ways of running a loan. From interest being calculated daily, to monthly, with interest trails to brokers or management or without. It allows us flexibility in our initial negotiations, something we didn't have with our own software.

That I can't amend report dates. For example, I can't finalise entering our August data completely until 1st September, however once done and I drop out the report for emailing to management I can't update the report "as at 31st August" it has to remain dated 1st September which is not technically correct.

There is nothing that I don't like about SuiteFiles.

Really happy with it as a product very little downtime and very helpful and responsive to support issues.

We have used the standard SuiteFiles for a couple of years now and really love it. We are currently trialing the new Super Suite and we most like the connect function that will allow a bot our clients and their clients a distinct secure portal to drop off and pick up reports.

The only real issue we have is that all team members have the same access and permissions, which is dangerous in our new data breach reporting world. My junior team members should be able to be restricted from certain functions until they gain the experience required.

We needed a cost-effective, cloud-based solution to simultaneously make files available to our offshore team and at the same time make our office as paperless as possible. SuiteFiles ticked all our boxes.

SuiteFiles is very easy to use. We can scan documents from our scanner directly to SuiteFiles via a unique email address, rename and save to a client folder, and have the documents immediately available to our offshore team to get started on processing for us. Likewise they can save documents and we can immediately review and finalise in collaboration with them. SuiteFiles is also constantly being improved and upgraded and we don't need to do a thing - upgrades are deployed behind the scenes and we have immediate access to them. No issues of version control or downtime waiting for server-based software upgrades to be installed

I can't think of a single thing we dislike about this software.

Easy to use and customise folders to suite personal preference.

Document signing is for single document only, it would be great if the feature can be improved to multiple documents .

I like that is user friendly, stores documentation well, creates templates with ease and has an amazing document signature function.

Coping of folders would be a great addition.

My experience overall is very good.

Easy to create files, easy to store documents and reliable most of the time.

Often glitches and can be slow to respond. I need on the spot assistance with issues but they often is not there.

Extremely happy with our decision to use SuiteFiles and on the odd occasion with have needed help Support has been fast and helpful.

Super easy to learn how to use the software. Multiple ways to save documents into the software including direct from emails, drag and drop and the SuiteFiles Drive. Signing of documents is easy for us and more importantly easy for clients. Integration with Xero saves having to set up Client folders in SuiteFiles and the ability to archive the SuiteFiles folders when archiving a client in Xero is a great time saver.

Wish we could use the software from an IOS device so that I didn't need to take my laptop when travelling.

We have been utilising Suitefiles since about 2014, it is part of our business and day to day operation.

This product is very effective for our business, we have it set up alongside Outlook so that all emails in and out are filed directly here. It also allows us to file any documents via Outlook into the specific files. Very effective so that any staff member can see correspondence and access documents easily.

We would like to return to pre-upgrade with the files being in last submitted instead of in the current ordering.

Bloody Awesome - honestly the team are great. Updates and info are great. Always enjoy using the product.

Fact accessible anywhere, anytime. It has given us ease in this "COVID" world to be able to continue working from home or anywhere needed.

Can be old school sometimes and would be good to have own backup on hard drive as such.

I like it best because the files are easy to share among members of the team even if we belong from different origins making it easier for the team to review reports and other related documents

Not sure yet about this but it's related to Suite Files and One Drive integration, I feel like linking document take so much time when you first do it. But it will be all good after that

We use SuiteFiles every day and multiple times a day. It's always easy to access files and create new folders. It makes things easier when the whole team knows we will be able to find the documents we need.I also really enjoy the favourites list and being able to easily get to the documents I use a lot.

I would like it to be easier to integrate with email so we could save emails from clients automatically.

Its been great. Helps with organizing our client documents into different folders so we know where everything is.

Its very easy to use. I like that I can update documentation on the server rather than having to download. Its awesome that we are able to send documents from the site to clients to sign documents.

The only thing I would change is when editing documents through suitfiles it autosaves and cant seem to undo these changes. For example a lot of info was accidently deleted on an excel spreadsheet and I could not undo this. I had to reenter all the information.

Data migration went more or less according to plan. The training and support offered is first class and the NZ - UK time difference hasn't slowed things down. The software is evolving all the time and SuiteFiles are happy to listen to feature recommendations.

We really like that we retain the benefits of Sharepoint - security of data, collaboration tools etc. - whilst adding really simple and easy to use interface over the top. The ability for clients to e-sign documents without needing to use a portal was also key.

Some Sharepoint nuances still shine through in terms of pre-fixing document names to ensure ordering of bundled packs.

Fantastic, all enquiries have been answered in a timely fashion which I am very grateful for. Time is money as they say and when you face a problem having an answer quickly is hugely important.

I like that this integrates with both O365 and Xero directly which are my two main sources of information. The recent addition of being able to save directly has been fantastic and something that was developed based on feedback. A company that actually listens to its customers

The inability to add merge fields to email templates in the 'to' field. I would love for my email templates to generate with not only the body of the email but also the recipient when choosing from the prepopulate feature
