They are super responsive to your queries and you feel seen and valued. Cons: Honestly nothing so far that's a deal breaker. I would love to see more apps integrated the way Zoom is, for example Discord, as I also use Discord as a community hub for my clients. Reasons for switching to Delenta So many things need to be automatically available to a client when they sign up for my Membership. With Pensight I had to make a unique coupon code for each client so they could "sign up" for those included services — and they had to do it every month. I am really impressed with how intuitive and comprehensive the platform is and how many options there are for integrations (e.g. I prefer PayPal but most coaching platforms use only Stripe). What I'm most impressed by, however, is the customer service! I have had two issues since signing up (related to the fact that I switched emails halfway through the process) and customer service has been immediate, effective, and very professional. Can't say enough good things! Cons: I would like for there to be more customizable fields in client profile records.I've already been told that this is pretty straightforward and that it can be put on the list for development.
