Excited to watch Zoee grow!

I learned about Zoee through a business development webinar. The value of content in that webinar was so incredibly helpful that I already had a good impression of Zoee before they mentioned the platform. Once I learned about the features, I was in! Since joining, I have felt very valued as a founding coach and I've also referred a few colleagues to the platform as well. It has been a great experience!

PROS

I appreciate how simple and straightforward they have made this platform. It is all-encompassing for coach needs and is an incredible value for the subscription price. I know they are a startup and they are rolling out new features almost every week, which just continue to add to the value. I have been amazed with how accessible their team has been and how they are very open to feedback (as a coach and all of us should be!). You can tell that this is coach designed and coach led and they've really embodied the idea of a startup for coaches by coaches. I'm especially excited for the new marketplace features. Finding and matching clients is an incredible challenge for coaches and I think Zoee's unique approach to it will be a game-changer.

CONS

As with all startups and new platforms, there will be a leading edge and a learning edge. There are a few glitches and hiccups, but it has all worked out and been addressed quickly. I know they will have growing pains as they go. I'm looking forward to improvements in all of the features that are already at the foundation to make them even more customizable.

Reasons for switching to Zoee

I was having a lot of trouble setting up coaching style services in Wix. I appreciated how Zoee was specifically designed for coach offerings.

Zoee for coaching clients

Zoee provides an all in one client platform for coaches - programs, calendar calendar integrations, billing etc. It's easy to use, has a great client interface and the customer support is fantastic.

PROS

Simple to set up, clean looking customer facing page, easy to make edits, great customer support.

CONS

As it's still on start up mode, there are some systems tweaks and enhancements that are still being ironed out, however the customer support is extremely efficient and provides almost immediate support when these usually minor issues arise.

Reasons for switching to Zoee

Wanted something simple and easy to use that offered a simple client experience, as I grow my business.

Early adopter and the future look bright!

I love the ease of use and ability to create a personal webpage with multimedia including blogs and videos. The interface is super clean for both clients and coaches and admin is pretty darn simple.

PROS

I love that Zoee provides a one-stop shop for coaching business needs. I really appreciate that the [sensitive content hidden] and her staff are focused solely on coaches. That means we get things created in a way that caters to our specific needs. And I love that Zoee is a woman-owned business. I also love that there is a Marketplace or prospects to find us and Zoee is great about promoting us on social media and on their platform.

CONS

The scheduling and booking is a bit clunky. It puts a lot of onus on the prospective client resulting in a more detailed conversation with them to get them on board. It would be great to have more flexibility in how we can use the scheduler and book discover convos. Also, the CRM needs a little work. We need to have more autonomy and flexibility with how we manage our clients once they are in the system.

Reason for choosing Zoee

I just liked the ease and simplicity of Zoee over the others. Dubsado and Healthie offer a ton of extra features including forms and workflows and custom emails, but I decided I could help make Zoee a better product for more coaches by getting in early and "helping" with development.

Reasons for switching to Zoee

While I like Dubsabo quite a bit, it is a bit clunky itself and I wanted to give Zoee a try because I love the clean interface and the opportunity to come in early to help shape the product.

All My Needs in One Place

As soon as I heard about all the features Zoee offered, I was sold. I was tired to logging into and juggling multiple sites to run my business. The setup and utilization of Zoee has been so simple and honestly fun to use. I'm excited to connect and support other coaches on this journey!

PROS

So far I love everything about Zoee. It was incredibly easy to setup; I had my account & profile page set up in 1 day. When a couple of questions came up, the team reached out to me immediately and showed me the solution. I worked diligently during my first year as a coach to keep costs down and chose to not create a website. The profile page I can send to potential clients was a game changer for me. The team has remained interested in hearing my feedback. I love the ability to keep a blog as well.

CONS

The only feature I wish was available now is the ability to store videos for clients to watch. But since it has every other feature in one place, I do not mind having them stored elsewhere.

I wanted to have one place to manage all of my tasks.

A Magic Button for my Coaching Business

My experience with Zoee has been great. Nichole met with me directly to help acclimate me to the solution, and the personalized support has been really great. It easy saves me dozens of hours every month. I'd recommend it to anyone for whom administrative work is the least favorite part of self-employment.

PROS

As a coach & consultant, I am most accretive and effective when working directly with clients. That's why Zoee works for me. It takes scheduling, billing, and inter-meeting communication off my plate, so I can focus on doing what I do best -- helping my clients. I also like having my own promotional page within the platform. I think Zoee has done a great job being purpose built for the coaching industry, and they provide a ton of value for what you pay.

CONS

Features take time, so I think Zoee's in a great spot for how long the solution has been live. However, I am excited about the client marketplace going live so I can be matched with more coaching prospects through the solution.

I value customer service

Overall I am excited with the all of the possibilities to manage and expand by coaching practice using the Zoee.com platform.

PROS

Zoee.com Customer and Technical Help services departments have by far one of the best response times and dedication to making the customer feel valued.

CONS

I had some trouble setting up my profile ... downloading and editing images was troublesome. However Customer Support saved the day (fixed my issue) and that was great.

I wanted to consolidate my coaching presence in one platform.

All-in-one solution for coaches

Great! They are a pleasure to work with and I look forward to seeing them grow.

PROS

Zoee makes it easy for independent coaches to streamline client communications and touch points on a platform which is HIPPA compliant and easy to use. Customer service is on point and I appreciate that they listen to my feedback and are prompt to answer questions. They serve well as a partner in support.

CONS

Not much! They are a growing start up so typically growth and timelines for features but they are very responsive to feedback and pipeline initiatives.

A Transformative Experience for Coaches with Zoee

When it comes to virtual coaching tools, Zoee stands out in a league of its own. It delivers a plethora of well-integrated features designed to simplify and streamline my coaching process, providing an all-inclusive platform that truly amplifies my coaching capabilities.

PROS

Autopay is my favorite feature! The Autopay feature is a blessing for any coach who has ever faced the challenge of chasing down clients for payments. With Zoee, I set up my programs, book sessions, and let Zoee handle the rest.

CONS

I'm working with Zoee to create a white label for my business. TBD on how this process goes, but I'm optimistic!

Hire Zoee to help you grow your Coaching Business

I wish I had this when I was in my Coaching program!

PROS

Zoee is an amazing platform for Coaches to spend more time doing what they LOVE - Coach their clients and less time on the calendar worrying about invoicing and scheduling overlaps -- the business page has more blogs than my website and I with future accreditations, it's reporting feature for hours is a one stop shop - no more spreadsheets. The time savings is the biggest value and the ability to create a community of your own clients in one portal makes running your coaching business so much easier to manage.

CONS

The upcoming enhancements and features that Zoee will be releasing are going to make the platform unstoppable.

Reason for choosing Zoee

It's a one stop shop! No additional logins to other platforms, no manual work, and connecting with my clients through their video conferencing allowed me to cancel many subscriptions I didn't need anymore.

One Stop Shop!

The support team is on it for any and all of my needs as a Coach on the platform!

PROS

Zoee is the best all in one platform on the market! As a Coach, it is critical that processes are made simple in my business so that I can focus on coaching my clients. Zoee makes it easy for me to do that and I highly recommend it to others!

CONS

Zoee currently doesn't have a way for me to include my contract with clients through the invoicing so I have to email the contract separately.

Just try it! You'll get hooked.

For anyone who doesn't need full control of company branding and internal systems its amazing. For starter coaches...please save the growing pains and focus on you and your clients. These parts need your time and energy to grow your business. Zoee will handle 90% of the logistics for you for a very reasonable fee.

PROS

Takes care of 80% of client management. Which can be A LOT of your effort. Once the referral program kicks off, it should pay for itself monthly. I have a company that is more than coaching, and I linked my Zoee profile to coaching on my site. It's just so much easier to manage coaching clients than trying to build a client portal. Once I get it white labeled in Zoee, it'll look 95% mine anyway. Worth it!

CONS

It's new. If you want it perfect now, it's not for you. But it's already very good, and the team, who has met with me personally about 10 times, all within a day or two, is amazing and working on all issues.

Coaching platform

PROS

When I first heard about Zoee, I could not believe that all of my needs could be met with just one platform! I met with [sensitive content hidden] and was instantly hooked. Her vision and creation is what every coach needs to run a successful business. As a Founding Coach, it's been so great to instantly feel part of a team as I create my website, calendar, set up my paywalls, and meet with clients!

CONS

Not being super tech savvy, I will say that it took a little of playing around to understand the platform and use the tools. However, I was able to quickly become fluent and created my account profile with ease.

New Product, So Far So Good

Overall I have enjoyed learning the platform and interacting with the owner, as she has been very helpful.

PROS

I like that (it seems so far) as though Zoee takes a number of features I have used in other programs and combines them in one platform, streamlining things. I like that Zoee is geared specifically toward coaches.

CONS

I am not sure yet, due to the lack of time using it, whether Zoee will be the best CRM.

Because Zoee is more geared toward solopreneurs and coaches.

Finally - the right full service tool for coaches

PROS

The Zoee platform brings together all of the admin activities into one place. Meaning coaches can coach more and work less.

CONS

I wished it was available sooner. The biggest struggle with coaches is it we have burned so much time with non-billable hours, trying to create sustainable businesses and less time with our clients.

Awesome productivity solution for coaches

PROS

From client management to scheduling and invoicing, the Zoee platform eliminates the drudgery of back-office administration and allows a coach to focus on what they do best - helping their clients.

CONS

The client communications hub is great but I'd love to see the addition of AI-enabled transcript analysis and summarizing.

The strength I needed
