Our team has been using @work for a month or so and we haven’t had any major issues. It’s always updating to a newer, better version that serves the requirements of our team. When we do have questions or need help in the software, the support team is awesome and attentive.

Company’s employees are easily staying connected and following up what’s going on using the feature provided. Also, the flexibility of the application and employee engagement is so helpful for us to rely less on emails and paper works and that really save time and cost.

I guess they’re always working on it from the back end so some items in the app change looks or move around spontaneously.

You don’t have to toggle between apps. It’s straightforward and easy to use. The interface was pretty quick to learn as well and it has been very useful for communicating and sharing works.

Downloaded images are hard to locate on the computer sometimes. When you download a file from the file storage, it seems to save under the original creation date of the file so it’s not always at the top of your Downloaded folder like I expected.

The application contains support system for all forms of communication within the organization Whether it's about chat, meeting or calling, there are also various posts or feeds that allow employees to have the right to express their opinions.

It integrates communication into one service and is used only within the organization, making it easy to control.

The system can still allow employees to change their names. Sometimes employees change their names to comment so they don't know who posted it. or leave an opinion

The app has multiple means to communicate with team members (Chat, Video, Announcements, and Collaboration Feed) Also, navigating the app is user friendly with a modern and simple UI

Must have constant internet connection to use, no offline mode.

Great! It's easy to use and has many modules that we can select which compile to our company.

The home page should be more stylish, maybe make it looks like a dashboard which can show many others menu and reports.

You get your own personalized announcement board and feed, much like social media apps but business-focused. The chats are actually secure, being that they are end-to-end encrypted. Honestly, safety has been a priority for our team and we’re happy to have found a solution.

The application is mainly usable for internal communication, so if you want to contact people outside the workspace, you might still have to switch to other applications.

@Work provide our staffs to connect together wherever they are via Chat or Calling. Also @work provide you the file sharing host which you can share your files, images to peers separating by define roles and authorization. Moreover, You can use @Work for planning your team’s works and track the progress along the way of your project.

Prefer to have connection between other softwares like Microsoft offices, calendar or others tools.

I can sit at my desktop or be on the go with my phone and still be with the team and the application is easy to chat and use.

External users have to download the app to join conferences. Also, messages sometimes take longer to send when cell signal is low.

Clears my screen of multiple running apps and having to juggle them to share and save files.

Can be a little intimidating in the initial setup but the workflow gets better once you have things going with established roles and groups.

Gives you just enough of what you need to keep your team connected in office or remote.

If you plan to utilize the paid version you have to purchase a monthly subscription for each user you have added.

Overall, I use to communicate and share the ideas with my team. It works perfectly fine on my mobile and desktop.

Beutiful UI, simply to use for sending and sharing files .

File storage is limited in the free version so if you need to send larger items more frequently you will have to subscribe.

In the @Work system, there are functions for use in online learning that have a modern look and feel. and convenient for employees to Self-learning easily with samples

The system can support Loadmap courses, online learning, and employees themselves will see what they have to learn. and must pass various exams through the system

The application currently doesn't support a lot of working languages, and may need to be developed further.

Works great to chat and work and video call with other colleagues. It was easy to join my team and not too difficult to learn. The price is really reasonable as well if you're paying for a lot of different apps.

Online learning programs, courses, and tests can be created easily with the ability to upload your own content (documents, photos, videos, etc.). Employees are able to see their roadmap and their assigned programs and deadlines while the Admin can monitor their progress with detailed reports and stats.

The online learning feature does not include any templates or sample content, the Admin is required to make their own from scratch.
