Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Ease of use. It was easy to set up workspaces. It was easy to customize. Functions were great! From documentation to communication, Podio has it!

  • Ease of use Price (free option is great) Very customisable

  • Cons

  • The GUI is great, and the features are good, but for some reason I cannot stay signed in on some of my devices, upload of photos to items can be slow (in a variety of network conditions).

  • The tool can be confusing for some users, so good training should be done. Assignment of tasks is somewhat complicated and there may be confusion.

  • Pros

  • Price is reasonable, awesome features which are better than Google Docs in some cases and of course customer service is helpful.

  • I like so much use Zoho Doc for the for the security it transmits when storing my files and addition to offering much more space than other platforms.

  • Cons

  • Nice very close to what google docs provide but at times the loading time is a lot and slow performance when using zoho spreadsheet, formulas are not as good as google docs

  • Impossible to give bad reference of this software, there are many functions and advantages that it offers, and definitely after starting its use it becomes essential
