Well, it is just splendid. I am actually now using several note-taking tools: Nimbus Note, Evernote and Google Docs, but for some specific things which you need to be able to access quickly, create some drafts in one moment and save, it is probably the best solution.

I really like that it is easily accessible, adaptive, affordable, adjustable to the needs of every user, appealing and aesthetical. Besides, it is really user-friendly, useful and ultramodern. What's more, this note-taking tool is practical, powerful and helps you effectively keep your promising drafts. I enjoy this software more than just using some editors because MS Office and LibreOffice sometimes may be really slow-working, despite using good hardware, enough physical memory space, order and no bugs in your OS. Nimbus Web is responsive, reliable and really remarkable. It is absolutely not costly, and this thing is stylish and detail-sensitive. Word search is almost flawless, docs downloading is fast, notes ordering is easy-to-use and apply. You can easily add any tags, change fonts or wordings coloring, add to favorites or remove them, create tidy folders or clean them, restore the notes from trash, name and rename them. You can even create to-do-lists, share things, set reminders, or even upload some files. You can quickly print out note, search through notes, find something in a note. It is really a pragmatic, neat and just professional thing which I always need.

I dislike that I cannot change my email easily in my account. They offer to write to their support team, but it is just some extra hassle and I would want to have a reliable and quick way to change my email. Besides, sometimes it is working slowly in some browsers (especially in Chromium, OS Ubuntu Budgie 18.04.)

One of my best business investments! Besides the minor limitations on the formatting side and integration with calendars, it's a perfect tool for building your personal knowledge management system.

I'm a skill learning coach so this tool is essential for my business. I use NN to teach other people how to build a personal knowledge management system for their work and career in general. I love that I can also use my own domain for my notes and publicly publish things online for others to read.

Not synched with Google calendar. Poor formatting options for the Table block. Needs integration with Grammarly.

I am leaving Nimbus Notes forever! How much work do your notes represent for you? What if you have to move your valuable notes to another system? When I choose a new system or tool the first question I ask myself is: how do I leave it and take my data with me? Will I get stuck and my data taken hostage? The facilities for data migration are much more important than any other features of the system. Nimbus had a feature for export to JSON (beside HTML and PDF, which are hard to use for migration) and they promised to provide a migration API. I have been using Nimbus Notes for a few years trusting the JSON export and suddenly that feature disappeared! "Plans have changed a bit", they told me - also about the API. After that there is no trust left. Don't go there!

It just works. It's taken away so many client collaboration headaches and given me back more time in my day. The structured communication and approvals have made my client interactions much smoother. I don't stress nearly as much about keeping clients happy and in the loop.

I've tried my fair share of project management platforms that promise easy client collaboration but always seem to come up short. Emailing clients constantly for approvals and feedback has been the norm, until we started using this tool.What I love most is that it actually delivers on making client collaboration smooth and simple. The customized portals are a total game changer! It's so nice having a dedicated place where I can provide real-time project updates, share files, and keep all discussions in one spot for each client.

Notifications can sometimes be a tad delayed. But it's a small price to pay for literally transforming how our agency collaborates with clients.

Overall I'm really impressed with Nimbus notes, you can really see how much hard work and thought has gone into the product. I know they are taking on more and more feedback, so although there are a few things that are missing for me in how i would want to share my workspace, I'm confident that these guys are the right team to take on good feedback and keep innovating and evolving their product.

My experience has been enjoyable. The bugs get resolved in decent time, so the product quality is maintained.

Great for management of notes and links . You can keep Nimbus synced near-realtime on most mobileOS phone/tablets, and most DesktopOS computers, and of course online . The organization features by category / tag / folder & subfolder hierarchically / search / etc. are pretty good. Better than Evernote for my purposes - since it is useful to maintain interim clippings from various sources, on the web or otherwise. The OCR function works pretty well in the languages I have tried thus far.

There should be better screenshot ability, like CloudApp. Being able to create short clips and gif files from recordings would be nice. The tables and spreadsheet features are simplistic. They should offer integrations to reference management tools. They should experiment integrating the Signal protocol, so that their cloud storage doesn’t necessarily need to be utilized for some of the ‘partitions’ of the notes. Some of these are not cons per say, but they would make Nimbus have a better differentiation versus their competitor vendors.

Everything is tidy, organised, easy to find and just a breath of fresh air!

We relied on Google Docs for all our document sharing and collaboration which works great, but it's not a tidy interface and grouping content into folders was never elegant. We ended up with 1000's of scattered documents, some shared correctly, others set to all. There was also never a place to keep private notes accessible. With Nimbus we split Design Team, Development Team, Private Notes and Company-Wide notes and using the desktop app this is so quick and easy to do. Embedded PDF's are a god send as this is where things get messy with Google Docs. Can see Nimbus becoming our one source of truth for all comms and documentation for sure. A great product at a great price and very low learning curve. Support is efficient and prompt so any questions are answered quickly.

No real issues at all from my experience. Everything is relatively self-explanatory. Even if you wanted to use this as your own private place for notes, you'll get working in minutes.

I feel that I have more clarity to organize my workspace inside Nimbus. I have a personal workspace separated from everything else and I can achieve more in my day with this structure

This tool is growing and the developers have done a lot in the last month with the feedback of the community. I feel like this tool will be on par with people except for Evernote in one year or less and deliver some features that Evernote doesn't have. Nimbus note was slow on Android and Windows and that was fixed in about 2 weeks after people complained. Nimbus extensions on the browser had some bugs fixed and are more reliable. The Workspaces allows me to separate and declutter my field of view.

The search feature is my biggest complaint. In Evernote, everything was so easy to find and the ability to find text in photos was lovely in Evernote. Nimbus should improve the search feature in the following weeks They also should make it easier for the users to understand how to use the OCR when capturing documents.

The best NOTES platform out there. Better than Evernote, which has been stagnant. Nimbus helps you note down everything without being lost in all the notes because of its organized and structured nature. You can unclutter your mind and prioritize your focus. It also has many valuable features that are not usually in a "Notes" app, but they are!

It has so many valuable features. And they can also be used with its chrome extensions. Being able to embed practically anything into my notes has been so convenient. The mobile app helps a lot too. It's way better than my native notes app and other paid services. Better note taking, better ease of use, better notes management, Papa John's.

Needs integration with Grammarly. UI can still be improved for better note-taking and while on a smaller window.

It's a very good and valid alternative to another software that we consider to be industry standard.clean user interface.doesn't require "training" for any client to use.Creating workspaces and sharing them is a good feature , when we work on roadmaps or tasks that should be shared with others.

Speed!seems to be "slow" especially on mobile phone, the platform could use an upgrade in terms of response time.

Mostly positive, I run my side business, day job, further education and personal life on this tool. I can't wait for 2021 where they want to add more Notion-like features plus unique ones that no other note taking / workspace apps have.

It is very versatile, easy to use, localized into my native language and the team behind the product are very transparent, honest and open for feedback. I also really like the web clipper and the capturing tool that come complimentary with my business account.

Not many integrations with other tools (API/Zapier/...), the databases are a little weak (no formulas or relations) and collaboration tools still need a bit of work (no comments feaature or similar communication options yet).

After switching from Evernote, i did not have to regret for once, they provide everything i can expect, their customer support is very up to date, easy interface, awesome data management and many more,

As a civil engineer, i need to collect many information, sometimes its very hard to use different kinds of note book, Previously i was using evernote, after switching to Nimbus note, I can easily create my notes and organize them as my choice. I am able to find my docs , anytime. From anywhere! their customer support is awesome.

Nimbus has become my go-to app now because it has one amazing feature that no one else has - custom domain/CNAME support - makes it so easy to share resources or content with your team or community. Best of all, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is super approachable and always open to hear ideas, suggestions from the users. I have seen a few my suggestions implemented in a matter of weeks.

Nimbus fills so many voids for us - many of which we didn't even know existed. Rather than writing an email, we put the information in a Nimbus note, file it in the appropriate folder and share it. No longer can people say 'I never received that email'. And then in terms of as an event hub it is a godsend. You create your notes in two folders - private for your staff team and public for everyone to see. You suddenly have all the internal information and a handy guide for your audience in one place, well presented and incredibly easy to update.

Its flexibility. Whilst we signed up for a note taking app, it turned into so much more. We use it for assigning briefs to staff, client portals, event hubs and general project management spaces.

From time to time its speed isn't the quickest, but there has been vast improvements on that front, so we aren't too concerned. When it comes to the tables it lacks a couple of basic functions like pinning the first column/row and resizing all rows/columns. A couple more tweaks to add more flexibility to its public page presentation would take them to the next level.

All in all, Nimbus Note has been a great fit for my needs. Despite the small quirks, it's turned a chaotic, disorganized process into something cohesive and transparent. Working with my team and clients has become more streamlined, and it feels like we're all on the same page. That's a big win, and I'd happily recommend it to others in my field.

I really appreciated how Nimbus Note streamlined our communication and collaboration. The internal workhub kept everything organized, and the client portals were like having a unique, online meeting room for each client. Everything was in one place, which was a huge relief.

While my experience was generally positive, I did run into some minor annoyances like occasional bugs.

It's super easy to set up and use. Their service is also outstanding. I wanted to add an additional email address for sending in documents and it was done within 30 minutes. I love being able to take notes and save ideas on the go while also managing projects.

I love the versatility of Nimbus Notes. I use it for everything from sharing documents with teammates to tracking my weekly runs. As a business owner, I need something that makes managing both work and personal easy and this fits the bill. It's easy to add notes, add screenshots, or email in attachments. They also have several ready to go templates for things like project launches or daily work.

This is no fault of Nimbus Notes, but I do wish it was integrated with Rocket Book. Otherwise, it's been easy to use.
