I love that we can add custom fields, it is really helpful. I am also happy with the quote and invoice module, the Xero integration is crucial for us.

The layout can be confusing and some features are lacking.

We run an accounting firm with over 1,000 tasks per month with it. The support is outstanding, very responsive and helpful all of the time.

Customer service has always been outstanding, with responses to emailed questions being answered promptly.

I like the functionality and how intuitive it is to use. This product is robust but not overwhelming.

When you stop the timer it does not tell you which project you were timing. You have to check that before stoping the timer.

It's ease of use and intuitive nature. I also love that it was able to be customized to my needs.

Timesheets are great giving the time of day, assigned projects and notes for documentation. Projects section is good with the budget, staff assignments and notes sections.

It is fairly easy to use and has some good options to customize.

Correspondence is difficult to track back through to find a particular response. Last update the colour scheme was changed to a much lighter palette.

Recommend this for medium to large businesses with lots of information to keep tracked, accessible and organized. Great way to communicate too.

Currently the feature that is not working optimally for us, is in the task section. When we want to add a task, there are only two options - one is duplicate task and the other is add task template.

Being able to breakdown projects both by time and by the necessary tasks is extremely useful. The Dashboard is fluid and allows you to follow the progress of multiple things at the same time.

I like working with the support staff as they usually answer within hours even though we are on opposite sides of the earth.

It's functionality covers the basics and yet has some customization built into it. The best feature is the search function for finding archived projects.

The ability to task and track and invoice are fantastic, this really has changed the way we work for the better.

What I like most about this software is the ability to maintain hourly budgets alongside managing project milestones.

Proworkflow is simple to use and the customer service is excellent. It enables us to readily manage client engagements and individual tasks and is a great tool for recording and billing time.

Occasionally can be tricky to find things unless you have the exact product code or if you are looking for some lifestyle shoot imagery of a particular shoe.

Our DAM houses all of the images we use in our catalogs and online. I love it's ability to organize and tag image in order to search for them with ease.

From the beginning, I have 100% loved every experience I have encountered with Widen. I absolutely love everything about your company's history and philosophy.

Finding documentation seems to be difficult. Not sure if it the actual software or if it is the manner is which our company set it up.

Ability to convert assets to other formats. Cost is based on space not users, which is helpful in a many-user environment.

It is difficult to customize fields and search for previous items could be simplified.

The DAM interface is quick and easy to use, the reporting capabilities are robust, and the security allows a lot of flexibility.

We are able to archive and distribute thousands of marketing assets to a global audience very efficiently and with a sufficient amount of protection and guidance about proper usage.

Hard to do advanced searching with filters—they work in kind of a frustrating way that's hard to explain succinctly.

I can easily upload assets of all types. Tagging them, filling out the metadata, and putting longform descriptions in each asset makes it really easy for people to find what they are looking for.

Widen has been a great partner to work with on our new Digital Asset Management. The implementation process is very smooth and straightforwards.

Sometimes it gives corrupted error. I wished it could have given the corrupt error while I am uploading files.

Because of such wonderful management, you know how to treat a customer.

I know that this has to do with the upload metadata and probably is related to user error. Perhaps if there was a more automated way to add search criteria when uploading, this wouldn't be an issue.

We no longer have to search through a messy drive to find product images, marketing materials and more.

It's works great, the API documentation is good and Widen has given excellent support on it.
