All in one!
My overall experience is very positive. I think they have done a great job with this application and it makes our day to day life much easier.
PROSWhat I like most about Teamplate is having everything in one application without having to resort to different tools. It's great to have an "asana" a "trello" a "skype" a "slack" a "teams" in just one click. Without a doubt, for the organization of work and communication, it is what all companies need.
CONSIf I have to say one thing, it would be the smallest thing: to be able to change the colour of the font in order to create more organised tickets. And to have more account status options in the settings, such as holidays. It would be a plus to be able to add a custom status.

Great all-in-one Solution
As a satisfied user, I acknowledge the software's positive aspects, yet I recognize that I have not fully tapped into its complete potential, leaving room for further exploration and utilization of its capabilities.
PROSI appreciate the efficiency of the collaboration tool, particularly in facilitating seamless communication for globally dispersed teams. CONSThe sole drawback is the absence of integrations at this point, representing the only significant limitation in an otherwise commendable software experience

Cost-Effective Project Management Tool for Startups/Small Businesses
Since I started using it a few months, there's been consistent improvements made to the tool to make it more effective. By far my favourite aspect is that it reduces 'white space' time switching between tools and finding documents since the organizational structure allows you to effectively switch between chat room, data room and task tracking modes very easily. Does it replace Jira and Confluence for a tech team? No - it lacks the flexibility and features. BUT, I don't think this is what Teamplate was built for. When it comes to project management with external clients, it's amazing. I can add as many users as I want to a dedicated space, and have shared documentation across the whole team at no extra cost. From an operational perspective, it's saved us a lot on our bottom line. Atlassian charges per user, and also charges add-ons per user, so it can get very expensive very quickly at scale. Teamplate helped us mitigate this issue for our external facing operations.
PROS- It's completely free - Provides Kanban & checklist functionality - Provides backlog & sprint functionality - Combines functions across tools like Jira, Confluence and Slack into one and makes for easier project-based management
CONS- Notifications need work, currently it's very easy to miss a ping - It's still very much a WIP itself, so there are some rough around the edges features (example: you can't group direct message people, you need to open a chat under a space, which is a little inefficient) - Desktop app & mobile app need more work as they're buggier than the browser version - Doesn't have the robustness of a tool like Jira/Confluence (but it's not really needed for smaller companies)
Reasons for switching to teamplate
As explained above, this was a financial decision. Just for our company, we saved around €2,000 across all three tools by switching to Teamplate (and I'm not including savings on add-ons here). For a budding startup, this is a substantial amount of money on a yearly basis which I can now utilize for other tools and services instead that are vital to our operation.

It is a good start
The experience is good. There are a few tools that needs to be implemented but good overall.

CONSNotifications needs to be improved. Also, use of shortcuts

My all time favorite communication & collaboration tool
As soon as you got used to teamplate, the usage is very easy and handy. I would never change back to Teams.
PROSThat I don't have to switch between Jira, Slack, Zoom, etc. because with teamplate I can do everything in one tool
CONSSometimes I got problems with the push notifications, but it doesn't affect me much

Good analogue
What do I like the most? It's the ease of use.
CONSI find that the message editor is not very convenient. If I press Enter, the message is sent instead of moving to a new line.

CONSOne downside of Teamplate is its lack of availability as a desktop application. I hope the team would soon launch the desktop application to complement its existing web-based platform.

Teamplate Review
So far, it has been a rather positive experience. Whilst, we are still getting used to Teamplate as opposed to the previous service used, I think that there is a lot of potential and will only get better once it is finetuned slightly.
PROSI think some features on Teamplate are very innovative and easy to use.
CONSI belive that until a desktop application is available, there needs to be an easier way to realise a message or notification has been received as the 'POP' sound can easily be missed.

Teamplate from an HR Executive's standpoint
Teamplate is a great tool that has been supporting us in answering our employee's daily HR queries. I really like the app feature on my phone. But my favourite feature would be how easy it is to create a group conversation.
CONSThe fact that my PC does not notify me when I get a msg (it makes a sound, but my laptop is usually on silent at the office :) )
