  • Pros

  • Above all, Upwave has improved my collaboration with my colleagues--something that is absolutely essential and priceless in our digital age. My sincere thanks to all who are behind this.
  • The ability to move them around easily is my favorite part. Color coding is a great visual cue to rate importance.
  • Cons

  • In this the when we working on one ticket then we forward to other user then they are some complected and confusing.
  • When you have too many processes, the page has to be scrolled left or right and that makes dragging things difficult.

  • Ease to Use, Team Member were able to use it on their own without any support, Quick response for support from backlog team.
  • It improves connectivity among employees and is very user friendly.
  • Cons

  • It's very uncomfortable for me and someone manage like me. Our Company have Standard Custom Field for all Project about 100 Custom FIled and some Custom Issue Type.
  • I don't like that you have to click on the issue to see the latest comments on it.
