Yabbu : Making the Meeting Agenda Simple and Specific
Overall experience with Yabbu was great as it is very simple but very effective since helps you stick to the agenda and don't deviate from the point .
PROSYabbu helps you conduct meetings with effective communication and following the agenda items .plus you can share and download documents that make your meeting more analytical and useful . Recommended for time savvy CEOs Managers and Executives
CONSYabbu must overhaul their interface and make it more easy to use by adding some more features

It's good to mention that we have released our first subdomain (cname) feature set, which will let you customize the Yabbu experience to your own organisation. Soon we will launch a beta version of an embedded video solution. The Future of Meetings
Meeting are a HUGE time suck. And we have lots of face-to-face meetings. So we tried having meetings "asynchronously" by passing around a shared Google document. But you want to assign tasks, and you want to set permissions, and you want proper secure archives, etc etc. That's exactly what Yabbu does. Now we use "written meetings" instead of face-to-face, and it's
PROSThe greatest thing about Yabbu is that it reduces the number of meetings we have. And it gives us an archive of the meeting; what was accomplished, when, by whom, etc.
CONSI would like to see some minor interface design changes, and eventually some integrations with other tools.
Reasons for switching to Yabbu
You can't have a real meeting in Slack, or Google Docs, or WhatsApp. (We tried!) Meeting need structure, accountability, and security.

Nothing like Yabbu
It is very good in terms of user friendliness and price performance.
PROSInstant file transfer and data sharing is at the highest level.
CONSRarely, freezing and stuttering occurs, but I think this is not an unsolvable problem.
Reasons for switching to Yabbu
My choise is price and quality of this product.

Yabbu is perfect for meetings
It's very easy to use and easy to create a new meeting. Also it's free and mobile access also helpful. Also can schedule meetings on calenders. Dashboard has a good visibility too.
CONSUserinterface should be upgrade as my opinion. Apart from that, all are working fine.

A new way of doing meetings
At our work place, now we have a mandate to create pre-meeting agenda on Yabbu before going for an actual meeting. Yabbu helps you streamline discussions during the meeting and helps you start focused.
PROS1. Helps you create agenda and meeting checklist before the meeting can start 2. Helps you collaborate better 3. Efficiency increases
CONSNothing major but they can work better towards technology that uses less bandwidth during calls so that people in remote areas with low internet speed can connect as well.

The new concept of doing meeting helped us make this switch.
