Overall experience with Yabbu was great as it is very simple but very effective since helps you stick to the agenda and don't deviate from the point .

It has proven to be a mean to get more out of meetings: by shifting the information exchange part of te meeting to the preperation phase, there can be more of a focus to collaboration and meaningfull discussions rather than information exchange. In addition to this, it has been surprisingly helpfull in keeping those who couldn't attent meetings in the loop - this way also being a more sophisticated way to communicate meeting outcomes than traditional meeting-minutes.

The approach is most valuable if you start as a team using it. So one should make it a team decision to approach this more meaningfull way of working, making is more difficult to start as a single team member using it.

Its a new way of working, not working from meeting to meeting but a continu process and everybody can join 24/7. Saves time, is more clear, convenient and it improves quality of work.

People can talk long sometimes at a meeting, with yabbu you can win time to read the text faster then people can say the text. And its a continu process, during the whole week 24/7 my teammembers can reply on topics and bring in new information.

To find out whats all possible, there are a lot of features and most of them work intuitive but sometimes I needed a little help.

Dat je gedurende het eerste half jaar echt leert om je mening vooraf te formuleren. Dat de meesten steeds beter voorbereiden waardoor de gezamenlijke tijd veel beter gebruikt wordt. Dat meningen en informatie vooraf gedeeld worden wat echt meer dan de helft van vergadertijd scheelt!

Dat er nog geen integratie is met de online opslag media (OneDrive, G-Drive, iCloud) om zo niet uit Yabbu te hoeven om docententekort van comment te voorzien.

Yabbu gebruiken we dagelijkse en voor meerdere meeting in verschillende afdeling. Voor mij persoonlijk als manager is het een tool om gestructureerd te communiceren met mijn team. Ik kan makkelijk de participatie volgen en het lezen van de posts (een extra button zou handig zijn, nu gebruiken we het duimpje). Ik neem een kopie om einde van de meeting (pdf) en voeg deze toe in de volgende meeting (als vorig verslag). Deze pdf's dienen voor mij als een bewijs om aan te tonen tijdens audits dat de meeting hebben plaatsgevonden

Gebruiksvriendelijkheid, je bent er zeer snel mee weg. Yabbu maakt de communicatie tussen de verschillende diensten zeer makkelijk, zelfs over de verschillende ploegen heen. In het technische team is het ook makkelijk om een overzicht te houden met behulp van de offline teammeeting. Comunicatie verloopt snel en duidelijk tussen de teamleden . Het maken van Topics is zeer gemakkelijk en kopieren van de meetings maakt dat Yabbu snel werkt.

I like this tool, as it is capable of greatly optimizing the meetings. It is very common to lose tons of time in long long meetings, repeating some topics many times (and even later for people unable to join the meeting). This software optimize these reunions, being able to save very valuable time, which, at least for me is of great importance

Some times it is a bit hard to use, nonetheless it is not a big deal. Furthermore, there are some missing features compared with some competitors.

Overall Yabbu has been a time saver and created efficiencies within our company, particularly relating to how we communicate and stay on task within meetings.

Using Yabbu as a management team has helped our communication process greatly by eliminating many emails and consolidating topics and follow up items in one central place. Less items are likely to fall through the cracks because topics can stay open as long as needed. Meeting are also more streamlined using Yabbu because it keeps us on topic and allows all attendees to add their own agenda items as needed.

File sharing is cumbersome. Since we already use Google Suites, we have moved to including links to files and folders, rather than attaching documents or photos directly in Yabbu.

After using Yabbu, we are in a position to predefine agenda. This sets direction for the meeting and saves time. Also, it allows participation of people who could not attend the meeting by allowing them to share text notes.

The platform freeze at times or become slow. But this is a very rare scenario.

I generally liked it and used it in my meetings. Its mobile usage surprised me. I recommend you try it.

We started doing daily huddles. Daily huddle meeting generally speak about the list meetings and work that a person is going to perform for the day. There were a few teammates who suggested trying the tool so that we not need to actually meet and save time. Also, there are a few associates who has on field duty and thus it becomes difficult for them to attend the meetings at scheduled time.
