First, and foremost, the embedded customer service feature is fantastic. I also appreciate the ability to customize welcome message (HTML capable), and email templates.

The flexibility of the tool that lets me customize the beta project in a specific way that I want it to. Has a comprehensive list of all the features that I can think of are required for beta testing.

Breadth of  features is truly impressive. There's so much that Centercode can do that sometimes it's almost overwhelming.

The missing abilities I expected from the tool.

They have provided top notch support and are always happy to have a conversation or extend their knowledge to their user base on best practices or alternate ways of accomplishing a goal.

Easy to use, powerful tool for gathering Voice of Customer and BETA feedback.

Onboarding users is a breeze - the platform allows for surfacing of appropriate NDA's, the builds that you want the users to access, and all of the tasks that you want your users to tackle.

Hard to navigate sometimes when looking at things customers write in.

The new user experience from a project admin standpoint is tough. There's so much to learn.

Overall, Centercode was on top of the project. The communication was great.

Some customers (users) sometimes complain about the UI being difficult to navigate but once we show them the first time, they get it.

Its very hard to find how to change a setting for a project.

Excellent people to work with. Always prompt, courteous,  and professional to deal with.

This platform is not particularly a community platform which is a little bit frustrating but also understandable.

Great forums, work on many devices (computers, tablets, etc). Love the integration with Jira, helps get items in our backlog.

The import process is cumbersome, and does not  work well with large amounts of data.

My favorite part about this software is the beautiful simplicity of the software. Although it's easy to use and clean, it also has a wide range of features that are continuously being added.

Our network has many teachers from across the country that love the setup and ease of use and wish their district used this instead of other products they are required to use.

The downside is teaching people how to get into our community.

I love the potential this shows for creating an online network for remote organization members to connect. I love the user profiles and I love the flexibility of the product.

I'm most excited to have everything all in one place for my community and to focus on really building it here.

They are supportive not just in using the software but also in designing meaningful and successful digital communities.

We used it as a course platform, and felt a bit frustrated that we couldn't control some of the features.

I also really hate that we have internal and external plans for workshop sign ups. It is a bad business plan to add key strokes to any process asking for a sale.

Easy setup and true self-contained, branded social network features for community creators.

The software is very easy to use and the guides and templates to set up your own community are excellent. It makes it very easy to launch a functional community in a very short time.

It has been great for building community around a topic.

I love how easy it is to use and all the engagement I can get out of it without any other distractions. I love the Masterclass which really helped me learn so much more about it.

Because it is focused on enabling creators with a purpose to capitalize on the immense value of our collective intelligence and communal creativity.

Its been great for a self starter like me, who likes to create my own content, way of working , its given us a great start in creating our organisation in a way that's not the normal.

What I love the most about Mighty Networks is that fact that I can literally have everything in one place. MN helps keeps my community members engaged and the user interface is clean and easy to use.

Not intuitive to navigate, making it hard to find exactly what you are looking for - just feels rather clunky.

And I found for myself that I was confused about setting it up. I also think I was sort of pushing the envelope in terms of my group structure so it was not a straight forward situation.

The biggest con for me is the lack of customer/user management features. I am not notified the instant someone cancels; in fact.

Being able to organize content and showcasing training is amazing. The fact that members can connect with people that are close to them also is a great feature.

It's difficult for me to find any cons or even constructive criticism for Mighty Networks. From my conversations with the MN team, I know we're still at the beginning.

It allows for intentionality when members want to engage, and keep them focused on the most important happenings, with featured and welcome sections.

I feel like I joined part of an online family rather than just signing up and using some piece of software. I'm delighted with my network.

The people at Mighty Networks are fantastic and their availability, feedback, and knowledge have fundamentally and positively altered how I am approaching my business and how I teach.

Every step of setup has been seamless, and it has been a great experience for our members migrating from a Facebook group.

Great Membership Platform for Beginners and Advanced Users.

It is a good alternative to big social media platforms. It allows a lot of features that encourage participation.

Mighty Networks is where LinkedIn Groups could have been if they had not lost their way. LinkedIn would rarely solicit user feedback and always ignored it when they did interact with their users.

I also love the app feature of it as it makes it very easy for my community to stay connected and involved. Lastly, the ability to personalize and customize the app is also wonderful.

Mighty Network safely and intuitively supports global networks of people who share an interest.

The support has been incredible and makes me feel confident about taking a chance on the platform, investing in it and moving my community of 446 women over to it.
