They keep the lines of communication open. They are a delight to work with.

One major item with importing is its unclear what gets overridden vs. is added in the software in addition, and this makes for a messy setup at time.

There really are no significant cons with the product that we have found so far.

The dashboard is really good, I like how it shows all your tasks and what requests are open, ready for review, or changed requested. The look of the tool is very modern and way better than PFX.

Customer service was excellent and always helped us with questions and with implementing new features.

Simply things like being able to text from the software is a huge help and lastly the interface is amazing.

I like the way this softwares allows you to pull reports to your liking and allows you to cutimize the reports. I am a big fan of the mobile app.

The worst part is the total lack of customer service. It might as well not exist.

Once you figure out how to best use Filevine for your particular business I feel this to be a great case management product.

It seemed like a highly customized and intuitive interface. I wanted to be able to ditch a server and have an integrated practice management system, and one I could use through the web.

Customization Options are great, but the Customer Survey is the best I have ever dealt with in my long career with a variety of systems.

The fax integration feature is fantastic. It is a great way to organize and work your file and keeps all team members updated on the file status and tasks completed and done.

ALTHOUGH THEY ARE VERY NICE, THEY DO NOT NEARLY HAVE ENOUGH STAFF.

File Vine is  a very top notch friendly group of professionals who go above and beyond and very happy to help their clients succeed. Very hands on with training, onboarding and 24/7 support.

A ton of feature and you can make anything you want out of it. You have to invest a lot of time into building it out.

So in addition to wasting all the money we spent on training, we wasted a full day of work.

Overall the product works great and has a ton of functionality that integrates extremely well with the personal injury practice that uses it.
