Velixo which is a Acumatica add on is an amazing tool that allows for flexibility on the fly. #### Cons That any AP Bill has is entered into the system must be tied to a posting period. This has created manual processes to compensate. We can have many approvers that are required to approve and it can take a long time or no time at all. It has various roles of security level so you can really lock down the system to keep confidential information in the right hands. My company just recently wrote out the inventory management tool and are quite happy with what we’ve done so far within the last three months. #### Cons I haven’t really found anything that I dislike about Acumatica. I think it’s more about the VAR.
