I like the dashboard for tracking daily tasks to accomplish.

It also can integrate with Outlook, and I am pretty sure it works with Google products as well.

Seems to be a little strange on the mobile app. Sometimes saves many times for same entry.

Had some problems with pulling accurate reports for a month.

The CRM is fairly basic, but for the cost its does a pretty good job.

I really enjoy the separation of important dates so I can quickly review it.

The concept of following up with clients on their terms and having a tool help keep me on task is worth its weight in gold.

FollowupCRM is a great program that is simple and easy to learn but very robust in what it can do.

It responds The support staff is amazing and responsive.

Customer service is amazing and the follow up from our account manager has been great. She always is easy to reach and she follows up with meetings to check in on us.

Candy's customer service is phenomenal, they offer great training sessions and constantly improve and innovate to keep the software in line with industry trends.

The difficulty in correcting a mistake. No revert to previous facility button.

There's no UNDO button, no way to go back if you made a mistake, or simply wanted to play with your project program. You have to go back and redo everything or load a backup.

Overall it's an excellent program that I would recommend to anyone. It is such a powerful tool for estimating and organizing projects.

Some time reports will get error and PDF view will be corrupted.

It safes time and money, and in business time is money. I love how I can do my programming, subcontracting and pricing all at once.

Its a user friendly software, easy to learn and very reliable.

The courses that you can do with the program is also fantastic and you learn so much.

No delays or loading times, covers a wide range of topics and brings  them together beautifully. More functions than I could ever hope to use.

The inability to integrate with other big-name financial packages is a downer. A one fits all fee structure is frustrating.

Very good estimating software rates can be built easily and utilize efficiently,no other software can compete in term of estimating and valuation.

I use it every day not only for tender estimating but also for cash flows and much more. It is a great product, with great support.

Out of all these products I like Candy because it is very easy to handle and less complicated. Price is also lower than the Primavera.

Candy is a very powerful and very user friendly project management software where so many software such as MS Project, Oracle Primavera tries to be the leader.

Functionality of QTO is very bad and inefficient,it is way behind other on screen measurements softwares.
