Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It's extremely easy to use. It provides an amazing amount of information that is well organized. The sample docs and contracts are great.

  • Simplicity and ease of use. Easy to move around in the software

  • Cons

  • It can sometimes be slow when opening up documents and it is hard to learn at first, but after you get the hang of it, it is easy to learn new things.

  • When I tried to import some outside format, it had difficulty doing that. And some glitches here and there, but the support solved for me really quick.

  • Pros

  • The system had a nice dashboard and the ability to dial in on the numbers. Was easy to search for records and was helpful to project sales

  • I appreciate the way it allows me to see what I have to do next with each client. It puts clients that have urgent needs at the top and highlights them in red when I need to do something for them.

  • Cons

  • Needs a better functioning app. Other than that it is a definitely a great software for our roofing business.

  • The software is great. The mobile app does need some work. Particularly in the search area.
