Pros
- I like the ease of use, the reports, and the ability to export information to Excel or Primavera. I especially like the ability to export to and from DOT bidding software like Expedite Bid.
- The are talented individuals that have come together for the common good. I am very proud to use this great product all along knowing I have such great support.
Cons
- This is especially frustrating on bids with child and grandchild bid items requiring reorganization. In resource setup registers, there is no way to sort.
- There are no real complaints on my end. If there are ever any complaints, HCSS will listen and modify their software.
Pros
- One great feature is the lasso email blast. It keeps track of your open % rate, who opened your emails, and also comes with website tracking that is extremely easy to use.
- It is focused on the real estate market which is great for a market focused product. I do real estate part time, so i wouldn't use this all the time.
Cons
- They have ridiculously long wait times for support and will penalize you if you have to demand them to provide customer service.
- The WYSIWYG email templates are just horrible - it's easier to make them in Word and copy the html over into the template.
