We have been using GenieBelt for over a year now and it's been pretty great when we can get our sub contractors to use it.

It is user-friendly and has a wide range of capabilities. Good for planning, progress overview and communication.

It's been a fantastic way for us to make lists and have the subs check things off once it's done. It's great being able to add pics and attachments like receipts.

I also like the drill down feature. The Dashboard is set up nice and the quick access to the budget is great.

The online support is also great. I am average when it come to using technology so having the online support when i need it is great.

Overall experience is awesome, this is a very good to use software for me as a tax professional and I believe business will continue to use it.

The ease of adding vendors and customers is great. Once you iron out the how to of the invoice templates they can be very useful to switch what is needed on each invoice per customer.

I had a little bit of trouble navigating through my past transactions for previous years. Other people have been having the same problems.

The user experience was awful compared to Xero I just could not get on with it. Unfortunately it just didn't work for me.

Up time is fantastic and they always send out down alerts immediately. Love the reports to Excel - works great.
