- I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.
- It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

- The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.
- It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.
Pros
- It is awesome for taking off on plans, high lighting items so that you know you picked them up.
- Reports, rapid reports, on screen take offs, ability to preform take offs in multiple layers/systems.
Cons
- We don't care what color a device is, but apparently Enterprise does and will fail the takeoff if you have the wrong color picked.
- The learning curve seems to be longer than other estimating programs we have used. The lack of information in the Enterprise Estimating Manager Handbook.
