Pros
- You can manage all your job costs in this software and it has a great integration with QuickBooks Online. It is very easy to use and provides a lot of project management functionality.
- It is an all in one project correspondence to customer, accounting, subcontractors, and suppliers. I like its user friendly built and its professional look on their templates.
Cons
- It takes us about 30 minutes to set up a project and it's really inefficient (and frustrating) the way it is set up now.
- Too convoluted; no local support; no real training other than videos, subs didn't respond, not for people who don't like computers (my superintendents are very old school).
Pros
- I like that I can keep track of my employees and communicate with them all on one platform. I love that I can leave them notes or instructions and they can do the same.
- Excellent app, very easy to use. I have used other time keeping apps in the past and I find SINC to be more straight forward than others.
Cons
- It's inability track where the hours were worked is a problem, though I understand it has been upgraded to have that ability. I have yet to set that up.
- Only thing I'm having problems with is the tracking of employees sometimes lags.
