Pros
- I love the inquiries that you can create with this product. They are easy to create and once you are done, you can throw it to excel.
- User friendly ease of the navigation from one area to another.
Cons
- The waiting time to speak with a Rep. This can be frustrating especially when you are closing the period.
- Unless you've integrated with other field software or have previous Sage implementation experience, a custom install from a Sage rep can be costly.
Pros
- It is a fully integrated product from purchase orders to dispatch to all things financial. We don't have to go outside the VMS product for supporting software such as an accounting product.
- Ability to transfer Estimate to Job Cost and Service. The ease of searching is great.
Cons
- My biggest issue though is how difficult it can be to get some new set up by programming. Anything custom is expensive and takes forever.
- No or very little training on the software. No idea how to use most of it.
