The support after it was initially setup has been excellent as well. The Auto Call back feature to avoid waiting on hold is one of the best features for our Call Center Customer Service Center.

Customer service is slightly difficult due to the time change but we do always get an answer. We appreciate the ease of using this program on a computer and not needing an actual phone.

CloudAgent has easy integrating options with most of the CRM partners. Although most of the integrations were done at the implementation phase, we needed more integrations at a later point.

Ownership of the account manager is fabulous. Support for initial training is also very good.

We are hopeful of the Zenoti partnership as we use that program as well.

Overall experience with cloudagent has been extremely good and i will recommend it to other users with similar requirements.

Still has limited functionality. Agents cannot monitor them selfs at all levels.

However, the instances have reduced over the time. As we have integrated CloudAgent with our CRM, there were multiple issues that had to be isolated to narrow down to CloudAgent.

We need to disconnect and reconnect. There is no warning or pop up message shown and you have to wonder if you are disconnected.

Great Mac and mobile clients. Good integration  with various hardware A/V options, great for conference room setups.

Every once in a while I get an error stating that I can not connect when using the land line option.

Sometimes it can be difficult to set up zoom or Microsoft teams meets with the life-size equipment. Same goes for Google meets.

Easy to use, superior quality. Giving priority to voice quality when the connection is weak is a Lifesize strength.

Having to renewal the license or your conferencing system is useless, the hardware is a little overpriced as well.

High quality video conferencing for a good price.

I regret the recent disappearance on the Lifesize application of the meeting rooms.

Initial set up is very complicated. If it is needed to change the system location or if the settings are changed due to internal problems, it is very difficult to set up again as a user.

When working, the quality is amazing. I like that so many aspects are controllable through remotely.

This is a good platform for video conferencing. I like it because it doesn't crash, the fluidity of the audio and video is good.

The software is feature rich. Based off of other video conferencing solutions I have used, Lifesize seems to have more capabilities and strong customer support.

The touch screen microphone, its easy to navigate for end users feedback has told me that its been nice and easy to use which is good.

We have four community stations so we use this every day for briefing and debriefing. We also regularly hold meetings which is a lifesaver for those who work swing and graveyard shifts.

Great quality video conferencing. Integration of all the units into one Console and being able to manage easily.

It is very easy to install and share the meeting links with other participants. The sounds quality is good and video is sufficient.
