Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The support after it was initially setup has been excellent as well. The Auto Call back feature to avoid waiting on hold is one of the best features for our Call Center Customer Service Center.
  • Been using CloudAgent for almost 4years. Treebo loves the simplicity it has to offer.
  • Cons

  • Still has limited functionality. Agents cannot monitor them selfs at all levels.
  • However, the instances have reduced over the time. As we have integrated CloudAgent with our CRM, there were multiple issues that had to be isolated to narrow down to CloudAgent.

  • The value of the comprehensive business package for the very affordable price.
  • I liked the usability with RingCentral. I was able to change the phone number on caller id very simply and it was a great integration with Salesforce.
  • Cons

  • There is a user limitation (max 4) on the RingCentral Meetings portion of the base software that really makes it unusable without upgrading, so that was a bit disappointing to find out.
  • The only complaint I have is that if you dont start your meeting within 5 minutes of logging into the meeting then the system kicks you out and you gave to call back in and start over.
