"The integration with Lightspeed e-com and pos has worked and now that we have moved our e-com platform to Shopify it is working there as well and also integrates well with Judge.me reviews so that our customers can continue to earn points when they review our products."

"The variety of partner brands is great, allowing me to collect points from different places and use them flexibly."

"I have since gone through multiple other software for my POS and Inventory management needs and Kangaroo has been able to adapt and scale with my changes through these years and has actually improved as we upgraded our other software."

"I do think the cost to send texts is high, it really adds up if you have a large customer database, and it has the potential to get out of hand when you set up automated text campaigns."

"Thre isn't much I didn't like about Kangaroo, but if I had to mention something, it would be that for sending newsletter to customers, it's a shame that we can't upload GIFs to make the email a bit more dynamic."
