I think the best feature of this product is that it was created by Adobe and is updated constantly. It saved me doing home office.

The other good feature is you can send the document to your client with a signature. In additon customer service are giving very good service ,they are really willing to help you.

The visual design also feels a little flat and boring with limited options for customization.

Great product with almost (Waiting for the email module) everything you would need to run a small business. Their support is fantastic and quick to respond and resolve issues.

We can view the number of hours spent on the project, budget, earnings and expenses. The previous cumbersome work on excel has been replaced by a more vibrant tool.

The only con is that the team is working really hard and maybe they are not even sleeping for an hour.

It is the simplicity of the product which has prompted me to keep using it. Agiled has a very innovative team and they keep adding new features regularly which is good for customer retention.
