Cons: As an admin, there was a learning curve during set up. Templates and workflows can be difficult to set up at first, however once set up, they are simple to replicate. It’s reliable, customers generally trust it since it’s a recognized name, and it has cut down on paper and printing costs in a real way over time. The pricing and occasional customer hand holding are the main downsides but for keeping financing paperwork moving quickly and staying in line with what my lenders want it’s been worth keeping around.
