Best Way To Ensure Secure Signed Documents
Pros
I love how DocuSign is widely used and accepted as the standard for secure contract digital signatures. I truly cannot think of another e-signature software that is as widely implemented as DocuSign nor as easy to integrate into a company's processes.
Cons
I don't love the cost of DocuSign compared to other options several of my team members suggested. I think DocuSign should offer greater discount incentives to sign up based on the size and scale of the company.

DocuSign happened by accident. (And we're better for it.)
We need this in quick moments where we need to get digital signatures on contracts or export PDFs from Google Docs. It's a super simple solution to making those needs happen -- fast.
Pros
This is such quick and easy fix to zapping digital signatures into PDFs -- or any kind of document, really. Our using it happened by accident: it was one of the options in Google Docs to transform a doc into a PDF for signatures. We're big fans of that integration + the ability to save directly back to Google Drive without the hassle of the extra two steps to download various documents onto the computer then reupload them to the Drive.
Cons
It can be buggy, but that isn't really much of a headache, especially because it's free.
Reasons for choosing DocuSign
Honestly it was the first option in the dropdown menu-- but when I looked quickly at Smallpdf, it didn't seem nearly as user-friendly.

Docusign is a life saver
Pros
I love the multi person signing ability. I love the ability to save fingerprints and thumbprint to be used at anytime. It was so easy to use I thought I did it wrong. The pricing is very inexpensive
Cons
The only thing I didnt like was trying get the placement of the signatures in the right place. Sometimes if you mess up it wont let you correct it so you just have to start all over. It was an easy fix but that was they worst part.

The industry leader and one of easiest to use.. for a cost.
Convenient secure and reliable to use and essential for certain
Pros
Ubiquitous and used commonly by others so it takes confusion away from the digital signature process... they're the standard in the minds of many people
Cons
The only negative thing about this good product is the cost because there are more affordable and almost as good alternative choices out there that are cheaper
Reasons for switching to DocuSign
World widely adopted and understood by other users and less explaining required when sending them a DocuSign invitation.
