- Customer support: 4.3/5
- Value for money: 4.3/5
- Functionality: 4.3/5

### Rating distribution

- 5 stars: 797 reviews (63%)
- 4 stars: 349 reviews (28%)
- 3 stars: 77 reviews (6%)
- 2 stars: 17 reviews (1%)
- 1 star: 18 reviews (1%)

### Most mentioned pros

- Features like electronic signatures, templates, and document tracking help streamline the entire process and improve efficiency. While there are a few areas that could be improved, PandaDoc has been a reliable and valuable tool for creating and managing professional documents.
- PandaDoc is intuitive and flexible .E-signature is best in class and allow me to sign documents without having to print .Creating and sending contracts ,quotes is straightforward.
- Allows you to copy and download the files, and allows you a lot of creative ability to design and customize the contracts.

### Most mentioned cons

- The per-user licensing is a bad value-proposition to our customer-service team and customer support is too slow to fix image- and video-management errors on custom templates.
- I also experienced occasional glitches and bugs that interrupted my workflow. While the platform is powerful, it felt overcomplicated for what I needed, and the costs increased quickly once you wanted more functionality.
- There are a lot of layout options for PandaDoc, but it doesn’t have ultimate freedom with layout and design so for some of our documents as we tailor them for customers I feel like I have to find workarounds.

#### Pros

Pandadoc has proven to be cost efficient and very easy to use. The ability to incorporate it with other programs is a definite plus.

#### Cons

There have been no negatives in the use of Pandadoc since switching from a well recognized provider, with the only exception being that many people are not familiar with the name. Easily overcame that with messaging to clients spelling out the name.

#### Reasons for switching to PandaDoc

Cost was the main reason, ease of use and customization second.

### PandaDocs removes key feature unannounced

Usually pretty good service, but now just getting "I understand the frustration about losing the feature you previously used." Not good just pulling the rug out from under us with no advance notice.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 3/5
- Functionality: 3/5

#### Pros

We have used PandaDocs for about 6 years and it has been incredibly helpful in sending and signing contracts. Allows you to copy and download the files, and allows you a lot of creative ability to design and customize the contracts. Good integration with other apps.

#### Cons

PandaDocs removed a key feature that is essential in our business without any warning, which now creates additional time and effort to reenter all the same information that PandaDocs ALREADY has in it's system. We paid for an annual license and with the understanding that the features we pay for and use will be available. The TRANSFER DATA feature, would allow you to send the information in the contract to different templates. We do live events so that was very helpful in creating gig sheets for warehouse staff and event managers with all the key elements: Client, Contact name, phone, venue, date, timeline, what they have confirmed, etc. Now, we have to manually re-enter over 30 data fields that were in the original contract. Also, we used that to send invoices for payments. Once again creating more work for the office staff.

#### Reasons for switching to PandaDoc

Good Shuffle was more of inventory control with contracting features. I didn't need inventory control. Also it didn't have ability to just use links, each proposal has to be send in a separate email, which is challenging if you are sending multiple quotes to a client.

Good experience. The cost outweighed the convenience, especially when you have a multi page document. Good product for simple documents.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 3/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 3/5

#### Pros

PandaDoc is a fairly low cost and easy to use platform. I was able to upload my documents and navigate the platform quickly.

#### Cons

Not as intuit as some other sites. For instance, I have check boxes and had to add the boxes to each line. A little labor intensive.

#### Reasons for switching to PandaDoc

Price. Docusign was too high and limited to number of documents that could be signed.

We made the switch from Adobe to save money but continue using electronic documents. Getting started was easy and it’s less expensive. There are some features and ease of use that are missing

#### Ratings breakdown

#### Cons

There are many features that don’t work as well as competitors like the search and check boxes and menu organization is not intuitive. Not as smoothly run as competitors.

#### Reasons for switching to PandaDoc

The price for Adobe was constantly increasing.

PandaDoc helped me keep clients informed and documents signed in no time. I was able to drop other services and save money.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

PandaDoc can be used for e-signature, forms, contacts, notarization, payments and quotes just to name a few. Document templates are the fastest option however the smart editor is also available. Plans include free, starter, business, and enterprise. When billed annually a discount may be applied to some plans. There are many possible integrations including essential services and those I only use on occasion. PandaDoc is import-friendly (accepts multiple file types) and works on almost any device. PandaDoc will notify me when clients have viewed or signed a document and I can even see how long they looked at each page. Sometimes I get a client (buying or selling) who wants the process to be completed very quickly. In those cases, PandaDocs features are helpful. I like that I can set documents up so that clients can check optional lines (or not). I am thankful for the reminder and teamwork capability. I can also select a box to assign to a coworker. Customer service options include a learning center and chatting with a representative through email or instant messaging. PandaDoc is secure and legally binding just like a paper document. Contracts are automatically stored once signed.

#### Cons

I can only call customer service with a subscription to premium support. If this resulted in lower prices I would put it in the pro column, but PandaDoc costs about the same or more.

#### Reasons for choosing PandaDoc

PandaDoc offered more features and a large discount for anuual billing.

Medical evacuations are a legal issue that should be handled strictly. I employ this in management of contracts. It also simplifies the management of documents to a great extent but is very costly.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

The interface is also very clean and therefore the signing of the documents by the patients who have to sign the forms of transporting them by an emergency vehicle is so easy when under stress.

#### Cons

The per-user charges are not very lucrative since our medical coordination team will expand, and customer support is too long to fix the errors of the custom templates.

I contacted, support but they weren't not able to reset my trial even through I was communicating with them for an hour as I figured out how to use the platform. So it was a waste of my time. I switched to digisigner, and was able to do what I needed and have upgraded to digisigner pro since.
