Pros
- Ability to use for multiple solutions in addition to Agile Project Management. I've been in the business for over 30 years and Clarizen Customer Care in the best I've experienced in a very long time.
- The core PPM capabilities of Clarizen are very strong, but the biggest game change for us has been the 'custom objects' capability.
Cons
- The licensing model is confusing, not as advanced as Salesforce.
- No option for capturing project expenses against a project. Difficult to enter in dependencies, very repetitive task, rather than allowing for templates to be used.
Pros
- This is the most customizable ERP I have ever dealt with or implemented. Love, Love this as it easily can modify to serve the challenges of about any size company, growth rate, and experience levels.
- Once you understand the features and how to navigate, it is a fairly easy software to use. Information is easy to find.
Cons
- Customers with limited computer experience find the interface difficult to use outside of tasks they perfomr regularly.
- The consultants gave employees too much reign over the server and the potential to mess up the data base we were building. Their lack of support for the payroll module.
